Everything was clean and well kept, the condo was exactly as advertised. Couldn’t have asked for a better weekend away with my wife and daughter.

Wow .. my wife and I celebrated our wedding anniversary here. We were more than satisfied. Only bummer was that we couldn’t find a local pizza shop to deliver. We are going back next year!!

Wonderful location. Good communication with the owner. Beautiful view very comfortable. Enjoyed the hot tub downstairs and the pool. All around enjoyable time. Would love to come back again.

Last minute family beach trip

The property was vey nice, super clean and beautiful view! Couple of issues, a beach equipment rental place takes up the good spaces on the beach. the property has a no smoking policy but people on the balconies don’t think that applies to marijuana use. But the condo itself is beautiful and exactly as described!

The previous reviews about this property are VERY misleading. Let's start with the resort. The fresh smell of sewage will greet you each time you visit the main entrance to the building. The pools are overly chlorinated, making it uncomfortable to use the indoor pool and hot tub. You will also have to request/complain that some one come and clean the walkways of debris and sand, because there is no one that actually works on site. When you contact Brian, the property manager, he will state that the "building" is not his problem because he only owns the room. They are building a dock right outside of the resort which is not disclosed to you by the property manager. It should be your choice and not forced upon you. Your beach view is obstructed with construction and you can hear them working both on the beach and on the balcony. The room itself is basic and average. It was not very clean but the property manager Brian simply said he "disagreed" with me that the room was clean because he "cleaned it himself". I also just received an email for "property damage". He is charging for some towels. I did wipe some lip stain from my finger onto a towel resulting in a red mark on the towel. It comes out with proper washing. I do it all the time to my white towels. But I guess good Ol' Brian found it necessary to try to get whatever he can out of his tenants. Good luck with complaints, Good luck with Brian, and Good luck with your stay if you choose to pay for this room.

Cute little condo

We enjoyed our stay at The Palms; location was so close to the ocean, great dining, stores, etc. The negatives we had were that the view was obstructed by the construction of a pier right outside our window and the volume of the neighbors around us. There were clearly some younger kids partying next door and their volume woke one of my kids at night. Other than those things, it was a pleasant stay. I would definitely not recommend trying to book for 6 people due to limited space; 2 adults and 2 teen girls were already a bit cramped! But would recommend for anyone looking for a budget-friendly, great-located place to stay.

July 4th getaway

Wonderful location with very easy check in and checkout! The only complaint was that the ice cream van came and parked outside frequently playing music loudly for long stretches of time…nothing against The Palms resort!

Nice stay

Last minute booking for a spontaneous trip. Location was great, so close to Broadway at the Beach. Unit was as advertised. It was very clean. No washer/dryer in unit, which I did know, but decided it is a must for future rentals. My only gripe is the linens. Not enough towels for a six day stay. I’m a sheet snob and forgot to bring my own. Bed was comfortable, but the sheets made it less than desirable. View was incredible! There is pier construction going on almost in front of the condo. I found it loud although my husband was quite entertained. There was some kind of incident and the fire alarm went off. Walking down 14 flights of stairs is not usually on my radar when booking-something to keep in mind for future rental hunts. We were all in the lobby due to pouring rain when the firemen showed up. Not sure what happened but we were given the all clear to head back up ( fortunately we could use the elevator). Speaking of elevators, they were quick to arrive and most of the time it was just us on the ride. The grounds and beach access was clean and well maintained. The life guard and umbrella rentals are just outside. Nice, quiet, and relaxing stay but probably wouldn’t rebook ( washer/dryer deal breaker)

Overall Solid Place

Check in process and parking was very convenient. Place was nice, only downside was bathroom was not clean. Toothpaste on counter by sink, and several hairs on/in toilet and in shower. Had to purchase cleaning supplies to clean. View was fantastic and room was quiet. California pizza place was good and in walking distance.

Great for Couples and Great Location!

This unit is great for couples and centrally located to some great attractions. It’s a short walk to the boardwalk area and a few restaurants as well as a short drive (maybe 5mins) to Broadway on the beach. Would definitely recommend and stay at Brian’s condo again!

Wonderful Beach Get-Away

We had an excellent stay at this location as we were getting away from the chilly Midwest. The property was as described. It was right on the beach! The kids loved the pool (it was March and the ocean was cold—so it was nice to have the pool and hot tubs available). Our unit was clean, had an amazing view, and easily accessible. The area we stayed in was nice. We took a 5 minute walked and played mini-golf and later walked ten minutes to a local coffee shop. A lot of attractions are within a short drive. I would book this location again and would recommend it to any of my friends and family.

Short and comfortable trip!

This condo was perfect for what we needed - just 2 of us, beautiful ocean view from the 14th floor, comfortable king bed,well-stocked kitchen. Good wi-fi (I worked from there for 2 days). Quiet at night. Also a good location. Very nice!
