Great Location!

Visited our son at CCU and the location was perfectly centered between campus and downtown Myrtle. Short drive to the airport too! Very clean and comfortable, in a gated community. Would definitely recommend!

Great place for families

The apartment was clean, comfortable, and quiet. The large, outdoor saltwater pool was a big hit with my kids. The kitchen was well stocked with essential items, and we were pleased that there was a washer and dryer in the unit as well.

Awesome vacation

We loved this condo, extremely clean and inviting. All of the linens were clean and comfy. Everything that we needed was included. The gated community was so nice and relaxing with places to walk and sit and relax. This community is very family friendly. The pool and the hot tub were great. The beach is literally 8 min away! We went to Broadway at the beach and enjoyed that very much. Great condo and location. Great restaurants close by. I will def stay here again.

Awesome Stay!

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at this charming condo! It was clean, well appointed & in a great location close to shopping, attractions & airport. Didn’t get to use the pools, but we enjoyed sitting on the deck overlooking the Intracoastal Waterway which was awesome. Communication from the host, Larry, was excellent and he was very responsive to any questions I had. We can’t wait to visit Myrtle Beach again & would definitely book again!

We were down in August and had an amazing time. This condo is in a gated community which was beautiful. The condo was so clean and very nicely decorated. We had everything that we needed for our comfort. We had such a great vacation. The pool was refreshing and spacious. The owner Larry was so quick to respond with all of our questions. Love it there and will definitely go back again.

Nice little condo

It had most of what we needed, and Larry/Evolve were very communicative. The place was cleaned very well. The location was very nice. They may want to check their towels because there were stains on two of the 6. We needed to buy our own shampoo, conditioner and sunscreen. Turtles and fishes in the lake was neat! They do provide toilet paper, laundry detergent and paper towels.
