Welcome to your beach escape! Must see 5 bedroom 4 bath house in the much desired Holiday Inn section, 10 houses from the beach! If you enjoy relaxing on the deck or hanging out under the house, then you will not be disappointed.

ALL NEW FLOORS in 2023! Home has a Club Car golf cart available to use.
The home is located just 10 houses from the ocean, and 4 from the lake in Ocean Lakes.

The fully equipped kitchen has new granite counter tops, and backsplash. New Stainless-steel appliances, Refrigerator with ice maker, Toaster, Keurig coffee maker, filter coffee pot, crockpot, pots-pans, everything you need to cook
The dining area offers a table for 6 as well as seating at the bar top
The King Master is located on the main level with flat screen tv, and a full bath with a shower/tub combo
Half bath by the master/family room
4 Queen bedrooms with flat screen tv's located on the upper level of the home
2 of the queen rooms have a jack and jill bath the other 2 have their own private baths
The upper level has door leading to the upper deck with deck furniture
Side by Side washer and dryer on the main level
The upper deck has plenty of seating areas, tables and chairs

Perfect!!!

We went to Myrtle for a long weekend and this was the PERFECT location!! I didn't know what to expect with this property being located in a "campground". It far exceeded my expectations!!! The house is in a perfect location and had everything we needed! We loved having the golf cart to cruise around and explore. We were there in February so it was the off season. This would be an amazing spot to stay in peak season!! Shawn was the perfect host too! He always responded promptly and was very accommodating! Would absolutely rent from him again!!!
