Welcome to this serene seaside oasis in Kingston Plantation -- Richmond Park is one the beautiful gems in this sprawling active community, tucked into acres of lush green and watery landscapes. At 800 square feet, this 3rd floor condo offers ONE Bedroom (king), ONE Bathroom (shower stall only) coziness. Walking paths, pools, and a private beach access just a stroll away. Enjoy the screened patio views in the tree-tops, surrounding the lake. Peeks of the Atlantic ocean off in the distance, and between the views of the lake just below. Elevator access to the 3rd floor unit and easy stair access too.

Wonderfully updated home features a modern bathroom, a stylish kitchen with stainless steel appliances, ample cabinet space, and matching solid surface countertops. Hardwood and tile flooring flow throughout the unit, combining elegance with low-maintenance durability plus a convenient stackable in-unit washer and dryer along with FREE Wi-Fi. The pool is situated just by the lakeside so hours of sunbathing in the sunshine when you need a break from the sand.

Kingston Plantation is ideally located in the "Shore Drive" & "Arcadian Dunes" sections of beautiful SC white beaches, within minutes of Tanger Outlet shopping, fabulous seafood restaurants, dozens of golf courses, a fishing pier, plus, BareFoot Landing for many family friendly attractions and entertainment. Kingston has a wonderful day Spa to give yourself the royal relaxation treatment. Locally, you can follow the oceanside boardwalk to several other resorts for great restaurant choices -- try a little coastal cuisine at the "Cafe Amalfi", "Black Drum Brewery", "Verandas" or "Coastal Grill & Bar". During the week, you might travel South to Broadway at the Beach, or to North Myrtle Beach for BareFoot Landing Resort, either way, you'll find that fun awaits you at everything in between.

Your reservation includes all bed and bath linens, beds freshly made upon arrival, & departure cleaning. Guests receive a small "starter kit" of paper products (t-paper & paper towels) bath soaps, & dishwasher packets - just enough to have handy until you can make the grocery store list of things you need.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Perfect is an understatement, we absolutely love this condo! Pictures do not do it justice. Very spacious, clean and great set up. Not to mention a safe location. The nice size pool is right next to the condo, and a short beautiful walk to the beach. The condo is in a great location where its nice and quiet to sit and relax on the balcony, but if your in the mood for some shopping, and night life your near all the great places. The boardwalk, a huge shopping outlet, broadway at the beach, and barefoot landing to name a few. I will definitely be back. I can’t recommend this condo and location enough!
