Cucarachas por donde sea, en las camas en toda la habitación increíble este hotel o motel aún siga operando en esa ciudad tan turística. No recomiendo para nada esto es lo peor hasta el personal que trabaja ahí. Hicimos el reclamo por las cucarachas y salimos regañados. Otra persona en el mismo instante fue a cambiar una almohada por qué estaba sucia y con animalitos dentro y le dijeron que no que hasta el próximo día ahora no había nada que hacer. Lo peor fue que no recibí todo mi dinero. Gracias a eso me tocó pasar una noche en el carro con mi familia por qué no había disponibilidad cerca al área inmediatamente sólo reservas en línea Cockroaches everywhere, in the beds throughout the incredible room this hotel or motel is still operating in that touristy city. I don't recommend it at all, this is the worst, even the staff who work there. We made the claim for the cockroaches and left scolded. Another person at the same moment went to change a pillow because it was dirty and with little animals inside and they told him no that until the next day now there was nothing to do. The worst thing was that I didn't receive all my money. Thanks to that I had to spend a night in the car with my family because there was no availability near the area immediately only online reservations

It was me and my fiancés first trip and it was genuinely TERRIBLE had beer cans and cigarettes in the room still from the previous people someone literally getting arrested in the parking garage and then POSSUMS swimming in the pool

You get what you pay for. The vending machines don’t work, there’s no breakfast (but that’s expected). The bed was comfy, the AC worked, and we had a working toilet and shower. I can’t really complain. The Internet worked well. My biggest complaint is the noise. We were not people who went to bed early, but the noises were awful. There’s also construction right next to the hotel (obviously not the hotels fault) but that didn’t help either! The parking lot is decent, and there’s direct beach access, which was nice!

First room they put us in the bed was unmade and we thought someone was already in it plus the bed was broke and leaning 45 degrees. I reserved a beach front room and it wasnt. The staff did change out room for us but it too was dirty..

This hotel is bare minimum. It is a decent stay for the cost, however all services, including house keeping are at request only. If you want a room on the ocean with a place to sleep, this is the hotel for you. If you are someone who enjoys the convenience of hotel amenities, this is not the stay for you. Hotel room and facilities need cosmetic upgrades as well as several functionality improvements.

We started in a resort view room, that building has some major plumbing issues and our view was a wall of the parking garage. After 15 hours of no shower I asked if they would just move us. The front desk was very friendly (and so was maintenance) and they moved us to an ocean view. The room was very nice, no frills but fine. The pots and pans in the room are small so I recommend bringing your own if your cooking for more then 2 people. Overall is was a great time, location is great. There’s a line to check in at 4 so I’d wait til 5ish to check in. As long as you plan spending your time on the ocean it’s a great spot. Pools are just so-so. Definitely book ocean view for the better building.
