This was, without question, the WORST stay I have ever had in 30 years of traveling a renting vacation properties. 1) The check-in process changed after all fees and charges had been settled and there was no communication of the change to the check in procedures. This is a breach of the rental agreement.2) We encountered multiple issues with cleanliness and housekeeping from dirty pots and pans, gum stuck to the kitchen floor, cookie sheets with baked on food residue, and broken appliances.3) The TV in the main part of the house has terrible picture quality.4) When housekeeping came back out to address the cleanliness issues, they scattered broken glass from the lid of a broken cooking appliance from the kitchen, down the main hallway, and out into the entrance hallway to the rental unit. I discovered this by stepping on broken glass on the morning after they were out to clean. I swept the entire kitchen and hallway, collecting about 2 dozen pieces glass. 5) There is a broken and loose transition strip in the doorway between the hallway and the second bedroom. There are also a number of scratches, gouges, and other discolored marks around the walls of the rental unit.6) We made several attempts to contact representatives of the management company and rental company and have yet to receive a response from anyone.We left early on Friday because it just wasn’t worth the stay any longer.

Great vacation spotMy recent stay at your resort provided a wonderful opportunity to enjoy the breathtaking ocean views from the balcony and the convenient beach access. The unit itself was a comfortable size, well-suited for three to four adults, and generally clean. However, there were a few aspects that detracted from the overall experience and prevented me from rating my stay as exceptional.The absence of patio furniture, despite its inclusion in the property listing and mentioned in previous guest reviews, was a significant disappointment, especially considering the premium paid for an ocean view unit. Basic outdoor seating would significantly enhance the enjoyment of this key feature. Additionally, while the unit was clean, minor maintenance issues were observed, which, if addressed, would elevate the property to an even higher standard.Despite these shortcomings, I did enjoy my stay and appreciate the overall size and location of the unit. I would consider returning for a future visit, provided the aforementioned issues, specifically the lack of patio furniture, have been resolved. I trust you will take the necessary steps to address these matters and continue providing an exceptional experience for your guest.

Not as it seems

Property description isn’t as the property is. Lots of visable mold, walls were wet in spots. No patio furniture, which caused a lot of messages between the 3rd party listing agent. Chairs were promised but not arrived. Hot tubs and one pool were closed during the stay. Property is old.Location of the property is wonderful, but amenities on property aren’t as they seem in photos.

Not what we expected

I will say the people I communicated with by phone were amazing, however when checking in the last found out more important to continue her conversation with her friends in the phone than work on checking us in. Completely rude! Got home late from a ballgame and had no parking in the garage nor across the street. My husband went to the front desk to inquire where to park and they were no help. Upon entering the first time found live cockroach scurrying across the floor and when my son tried to turn on the ceiling fan to go to sleep it made a horrible sound like it was going to come out of the ceiling. Needless to say we turned it off and went to Walmart and bought a box fan to use for the remainder of our trip. I contacted maintenance upon arrival to let them know of a wet spot in the wall and ceiling and about the fan and they offered to come take a look at it, but we needed to go to the ball fields so I told them just to check it out once we vacated.

Disappointing

Floor in apartment was sticky and dirty. No chairs on balcony as advertised, only one red folding chair which was broken. All other balconies but ours seemed to have chairs. Construction outside of our 2nd floor balcony started around 9 every day. This prevented us from sleeping in and relaxing during the day. This should have been communicated ahead of time. We paid a lot to stay here. Uncovered pool was closed and the others seemed to be under construction, not very appealing. Overall, it was not worth the money.

Daughters 30th birthday

After we checked in and got to the room I called Vacasa to ask why I was not notified the outdoor pool was under construction and there was no direct beach access. I was told I would hear back from someone in about 3 hours. I’m still waiting and it’s been 5 days.No furniture on the balcony, living room furniture very uncomfortable as were the beds.There were people fighting in the hallway every night as well as doors slamming.Woke up Monday morning to broken beer glass on the balcony, and we were on the second floor.My daughters birthday was miserable.

Great location, but pretty worn

This property is in a great location, right on the beach. The check in process is a bit inconvenient as you have to go to a different location to get keys and parking pass, then over to the location where the condo is located. The condo itself is pretty worn and showing signs of lack of maintenance. The ceiling fan in the 2nd bedroom rattles like crazy and is too loud to be on while trying to sleep. The chairs are worn out and wither missing fabric or have loose legs. The television in the main room has a screen problem so everything is washed out in blue colors. They are currently working on things on this building including the 2 outdoor pools and the beach access boardwalk, which are both located directly under this room, so there is a lot of construction noise at this time. There are also no chairs on the deck overlooking the ocean.Although I have listed the things that are wrong, there is still a ton right with this place and I would definitely come back if the maintenance issues inside the condo are taken care of. I was in touch with the property manager while there and he was very kind and helped take care of an issue with the room key not working.

Awful Experience

The staff was doing maintenance on the balconies during our stay so we were locked out of accessing the balcony most of our trip. In addition, one day they were painting them and the smell was so overwhelming it gave us headaches and forced us to call to find another place to stay. This process wasted hours of our family vacation time and ruined the excitement we had for this trip. The new place did not have an indoor pool like the first one and so our daughters were not able to swim as expected for over half of our time there. I would like someone to contact me to discuss this in more detail.

Great for our short visit

This home was clean and comfortable, and the ocean view from the balcony was wonderful. We also appreciated the direct access to the beach. The surrounding area (within walking distance) doesn't have a lot to offer in terms of food/restaurants, which would have been more convenient. We enjoyed our stay on the whole. If beach time is something you love, this is the perfect, affordable stay.

Would definitely recommend staying here.

The location was fabulous, right on the beach, pool beautiful views garage close to door. I would suggest allowing for the key to your Unit be in the location, it had poured down rain the last 3 hours of our trip and I was so thankful that we had a garage so that we did not have to unload our luggage in the rain. Once I arrived, I found out I had to go back out and go beside this location in the rain to access my key. Which I felt was very inconvenient. I did not receive the email telling me where to locate my key. Other than that, I would definitely visit again and suggest this location.
