Some dust and temporary construction activity in the work areas. Noticeable odors while the coating system is being applied and curing. Barricades and temporary restrictions around active or newly coated areas. Temporary changes to normal access while work is directly outside a unit. The system is designed to return to pedestrian traffic within a matter of hours, but the actual reopening time will depend on site and environmental conditions. Please do not enter a restricted area it has reopened. Should you choose to reserve this property anytime between October – December 2026, rate adjustments have already been made so no additional compensation will be offered. ***
