Over Used
The property was being refreshed in some overdue areas, but we were not notified the outdoor pool was ripped out and the balconies were also under repair, grinding/painting. We picked up 3 keys at the leasing office and when we arrived the unit was dirty with 2 extra keys left in the bathrooms (happy to send pics). It appeared as if the prior tenant snuck back in after it was cleaned and left a mess in baths/kitchens and sand on beds, however the management staff had it cleaned quickly after being notified. As for the unit, the view and mattresses were the saving grace. Although nicely equipped, the walls were banged up, lots of burnt out bulbs, the dishwasher leaked every time it was run (reported) and getting a warm (never hot) shower was almost impossible regardless of the time of day. Water temp was also reported and we were told it was on hotel water and to try different times. We also could not shut the door in the room with two beds without rearranging the furniture.
