***CARIBBEAN RESORT IS UNDERGOING CONSTRUCTION THAT IS EXPECTED TO BE COMPLETED IN MAY 2025***

New to the Luxury Beach Rentals, this 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom unit on the 11th floor offers beautiful views of the Atlantic Ocean. This unit is the perfect getaway for up to six guests. This suite offers a comfortable and functional space with a king bed, a sleeper sofa and a double-size murphy bed. Other features include flat screen TVs and a galley-style kitchen with flat-top stove, sink, microwave, coffee pot, toaster, basic dish-ware and cookware and a full-size refrigerator.

The resort is located in the heart of the Grand Strand in a quiet family oriented section of the beach. Activities on site include the indoor and outdoor pool complex which includes a lazy river, 2 pools, 4 hot tubs and children’s splash pool all overlooking the beach along with a fitness center and tanning lawn. The resort also has a Starbucks and ice cream shop onsite.

- Caribbean Resort is smoke-free. Absolutely NO SMOKING is allowed in guest rooms, on balconies, or common areas around the property. Guests may smoke in the new smoking area located at the end of the Dominican building ground floor.

-7 night minimum from Sunday to Sunday required in peak summer season and 3 night minimum outside summer season.

- A deposit is required to make a reservation and full payment is due 30 days prior to arrival

-No motorcycles, trailers, or pets allowed on the premises.

Great stay

Everything was as described, and the king bed is a little uncomfortable but didn’t affect my stay. Cleanliness was top notch kudos to the cleaning staff.

Decent over all

No table on balcony which is pictured in the listing. Few maintenance issues that need fixed. Listing doesn't say which tower the condo is in so we had to stand in a long line to find out we were in the wrong building and beach access could be easier to get to. If you want to go to the beach before the pool area opens, you have to go all the way around and in the other building.

Last min family vacay

Everything was good other than the pools and elevators were all really dirty…. i dk if someone puked in the pool or what was floating in it needless to say we didn’t get in the pools, also it seemed like random people where just walking in off the street and using the pools and all, it was over crowded and over run no enforcement of any kind, if you want a ruff and rowdy spot this is it! We booked our last day at coral beach resort a its alot better! The room its self was pretty good there was random screws and dirt behind the Murphy bed someone needs to clean up.
