This Ocean Lakes beach house is fun, relaxing, and bright. From the functional outdoor space to the open concept living room and kitchen, you’ll be sure to find exactly what you need to enjoy your stay. Ocean lakes offers an incredible experience full of amenities (read more below) for your friends or family to enjoy.

**We have a 6-seater golf cart available for rent!

***This is a dog-friendly property - (1 max) UNDER 25 pounds, and we do charge a pet fee. You'll see this upon booking! Reach out with any questions.

You have access to our whole property and outdoor spaces. You have access to all of Ocean Lakes's amenities as well!


Parking is $12/day per vehicle at Ocean Lakes. (You will have to pay 10 days in advance to get the discount, according to Ocean Lakes' policy.)
Minimum check in age of 25. Guests should clean up any messes before leaving. The lights and TV’s must be turned off and everything left the way you found it!

No partying, excessive drinking, illegal drugs, or smoking inside. If you a accidentally break something, please let us know! We will work with you if there is an accident and you let us know.

Don’t take anything from the house. If you do you will be charged via AirBnb and left a negative review.

1 pet max 25lbs with permission beforehand and pet fees paid! Clean up after your pets.

Guest count MUST be accurate. If guests are added, we MUST be notified beforehand.

Abide by all of Ocean Lakes rules and guidelines, especially when it comes to golf carts, noise restrictions, and open containers alcohol.

Leave dirty towels in the tubs. Linens can stay on the beds! Take the trash out before you leave. Dishwasher started when you leave if dishes are not already clean!
