The space was great for the 4 of us. The beach was visible from the spacious balcony and we had all the essentials for the kitchen. The hotel pools were great too and we enjoyed our time there. The room was clean enough but could use some deep cleaning.

We had a wonderful view. Looking through all of the glass doors not only gave a nice view but made the space seem larger than what it was. The only problem I had with the living room area was the sofa. It was very worn and looked dirty. I would not sit on it. Rental furniture should be made of an easier to clean material. The kitchen was clean and easy to look at. The main issue here was the faucet. It was loose and not secured to the counter. There were many places on the walls patched up but didn’t appear to be a professional job. The door to the closet needs to be changed so you don’t have to fight with it and the entry door. Folding doors would accommodate better. Lastly I have to say we were very pleased with the mattress and bedding. Comfortable and clean. Although the pedistals needed to be tossed. The dining table & chairs seemed worn & very scratched up, as if they came from a garage sale. Other than these issues we found the room suitable but it would be so much nicer if it were updated. A little goes a long way.

Super pleased with this condo. It was quiet, comfortable, and clean. But it was the view from the 19th floor that was most relaxing and enjoyable. Parking was across the street but easily accessible. Would definitely book this condo again.

We very much enjoyed having the best view of the ocean and easy access to the beach plus extra pools to have fun in. The only funny issue was that there was not enough closet space to hang up clothes.

The condo itself was nice but definitely could use some general maintenance and cleaning. Safe was not workable; doors (bathroom and general entry) have not been cleaned for some time. Spider webs in window corners. Bedroom drawers fell out. Showerhead water was very slow

Nice & Clean Unit, Awful Property

The room itself was nice, clean and as expected as it is a privately owned unit within a hotel resort property. I have absolutely zero complaints with the unit itself. The rest of the property outside of the unit is falling apart. Dirty, dingy, smelly, extremely slow elevators (when they're working), rude resort staff, ceiling materials literally falling, paint chipping off walls. The clientele by the pool was obnoxious with several people blasting their own music on top of the music that the resort was playing. The competing music styles all playing at once made for headaches and not a relaxing environment.

Had a great stay. Room was clean and view was wonderful. Small issues with ceiling peeling in the living area and drawer in bed room was broken and wouldn’t close. Did not affect our time there.

Family trip

Overall the stay was really nice. The hotel itself was close to all the attractions. It was really clean and had a great view. The queen beds were great but the sofa bed was really, really uncomfortable. The mattress needs to be changed. I would recommend the place but it does need some upgrades to the sleeping arrangements.

If I could give this property **0 stars, I would.** Our stay was extremely disappointing. We had six guests staying Monday through Sunday and were only provided six towels and two washcloths. We were told it would be $35 for extra towels and if we needed more than two rolls of toilet paper or additional trash bags, so we ended up buying our own supplies. Guests are also expected to take their own trash to the dumpster, which is frustrating considering the cost of the stay and the fact that housekeeping is provided. The room was not clean. There were cobwebs, puzzle pieces scattered in the closet, crumbling walls, and a ceiling in need of repair. We have a two-year-old, so finding small puzzle pieces on the floor was especially concerning. The A/C didn't keep the room cool, the bathroom had almost no airflow, the water pressure was poor, and the shower water never got properly cool. The laundry signage was misleading. We loaded money onto the laundry app because the fourth-floor sign said it accepted app payments, only to find out those machines don't use the app, only the 8th and 12th floor machines do. The parking garage is extremely difficult to navigate with anything larger than a small SUV. Overall, this property was poorly maintained, unclean, and charged extra for basic necessities. Save yourself the frustration and stay somewhere else. We will not be returning.

Beautiful condo but parking deck is poor design

Room was clean and as described. Bed was comfy! Facility was well maintained. Only negative is the parking situation. Medium sized vehicle MAX. Parking deck design is awful & there is not enough parking outside of deck for all of today’s large vehicles!
