Sitting on a oversized balcony, overlooking beach and ocean, & listening to waves crashing is priceless! Anytime of the year. Golfers, now is the time for you! Girls getaway! Or just those of you looking for R&R with the sounds & views of the ocean.
This is not your typical hotel-style stay. This is home away from home. Wake up to the therapeutic sounds and amazing views of the ocean & sunsets. Take walks along the beach, sunbathe or read a book on the beach and escape the chaos!

South Carolina is known for it’s mecca golf courses, over 90 just in our area. Charleston is a wonderful daytrip. Shoppers, we have two Tanger Outlets right in our town. Some of our favorites places are: The Marsh Walk, Pawleys Island, Market Commons, Broadway on the Beach, Barefoot Landing, Top Golf, the Carolina Opry Theatre, Little River, Botonical Gardens…. and so much more. I encourage you to look these up for additional information

Relax on the rocking chairs on the large oceanfront balcony and listen to the gentle Atlantic waves. Play on the beach, enjoy the outdoor Hot tub, or mellow in your private Jacuzzi Tub . Take a swim in the heated indoor pool or lazy river. Sunbathe by the outdoor pool or take a long stroll down the beach. Inside, simply watch a movie on the 75" smart TV (one of 7 flat panels TV's) in the condo.

We strive to keep our condo updated, maintained, & CLEAN. It is our second home that is well cared for which we take alot of pride in.

When considering which condo or building to rent, keep in mind that they are not all alike. “You WILL get what you pay for!” Watch out For property management fees that are enormous! Those fees are not factored into nightly rates. Typically, those properties are not kept up like ours.

We truly want to welcome you to Ocean Blue, truly one of the nicest oceanfront condos available in Myrtle Beach. This 5 bedroom 4 bath luxury condo is one of only 36 luxury units in the Resort and is located on South Ocean Blvd. This complex is a unique, upscale oceanfront resort that maintains a very private and exclusive feel but is close to everything Myrtle Beach has to offer.

The 2800 square foot residence features all of the luxuries you could possibly expect. The kitchen opens to the spacious dining room and great room, all with amazing views of the Grand Strand Beach and Atlantic Ocean. The kitchen has granite counter tops and is equipped with a double oven, 2 refrigerators, 2 dishwashers, stove top, built-in microwave and all the necessities for cooking up anything. The condo also features a separate media room where you can enjoy a movie or a game without disrupting the activities in the main living area.

Our unit is all on one level and provides easy access for all age groups. We have not had any problems accommodating wheelchair guests. The common bathroom has a 3-inch step-in shower stall & bench. Attached covered parking, private indoor and outdoor pools, and a jacuzzi tub in one of the 4 bathrooms are just some of the amenities you will find.

Our Condo is perfect for large or small family groups and Golfers. We welcome guests to check out oceanfront living in the winter months for great rates. Winter rates are available anytime from December through March. Please call us for more information and updated rates.

Our condo rents for $1400-$5000 per week, depending on the season. If you break that down into the number of people we can host, it's very reasonable. It's especially great for those who need many separate sleeping rooms. You are NOT going to find this set up in an hotel chain.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
*We do not charge extra for pool or beach.
*Each guest will receive ONE bath towel, ONE hand towel and ONE washcloth.
*Absolute MAXIMUM number of guests: 12
*We have washer& dryer in unit. We stress guests use HE (high efficiency) laundry detergents (not provided by owners).
*Two parking spots are also included at no extra charge. Any other vehicles ARE YOUR RESPONSIBILITY. Cars will get towed at guest expense without parking pass inside vehicle!
*The parking garage is very tight. The absolute highest clearance is 7ft!
*ABSOLUTELY NO TRAILERS or MOTORCYCLES allowed in the parking garage.
*All bed linens & towels are included, and non-negotiable.
*Top Bunk Beds are NOT made-up (clean bedding is provided).
*PLEASE inform/share all info with all guests in your party.
*Valid Driver's License from 2 responsible adults required

Beach trip with family

The condo was spacious and right on the beach easy to get in and out. The grandchildren loved the beach outside pool and inside pool and lazy river. Very layed back and enjoyable week. We will be back.

Great place

The condo was a wonderful fit for our family. It's a condo, but it's very spacious and has a fantastic layout. We loved the oceanside balcony, the pools, and the convenience of the location. Highly recommend this very well-kept condo for a family vacation! Additionally, Franca was very responsive any time we had any concerns (we had one small issue and she got it resolved very quickly!).

Oceans Blue stay 6/01-6/08/19 was great!

This property was perfect for us. We had 3 families, 6 adults and 6 kids. Plenty of room for all. Condo was well stocked and everything worked as expected (except one TV which didn't matter to us). Pool and beach access was great. Parking worked out well for us. This is a very pleasant property for a large group!

Beautiful Condo!

Condo was perfect size for our group and the deck had furniture enough as well. The closet with chairs, boogie boards, umbrellas, and sand castle gear was a hit with the Children. Only negative, the condo wasn’t as clean as it should have been.

Great spot, easy access.

Amazing location, all the amenities- beach, pool, hot tub! Our kids loved it. The condo is very clean and spacious. The view of the beach is stunning. Bring your own everything, not even trash bags provided. We had trouble getting the code to work when we first checked in, it was perfect after that. Lots of beach chairs and toys provided in condo closet. It is unrealistic to have kids wear bracelets, don’t even have your kids do it. No one is checked and wristbands fall off of them.

Comfort and Convenience at the Beach

Ages 6 months to 85 stayed for a week at this fabulous condo. The kitchen is more than ample for daily eat-in dinners. Especially nice is the easy unloading and loading of "stuff" because parking is almost outside your door, as well as the beach. This condo is everything it is advertised to be plus more. The owner is very easy to reach with any questions and even checked on us because of the weather!

Excellent floor plan for large groups

The floor plan was perfect with our 3 kids and 4 families. The view was amazing and pools were good. We were there for the beach though. Franca had beach chairs and sand toys that we used. We ended up parking 2 of our 4 vehicles in the adjacent lot for a nominal fee. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed to cook for our large group. Definitely a great condo for small or large groups.

Perfect Location

This property is the perfect location with fantastic views of the Atlantic. We enjoyed not having to plan our day as going back and forth from the beach to the pool was super easy. The outdoor pool is small, but there’s also an indoor pool and lazy river. The parking is tight. Just FYI.. if you have a handicap placard, you can park on the street for free. Fully equipped kitchen (loved the two fridges), comfortable beds, and large seating area. The balcony was large and the rocking chairs were a huge plus!

Beautiful Condo

What a beautiful condo! You can never be certain that the pictures are what the actual place looks like, but the pictures don't do it justice. Very well maintained. Lots of room for us, 5 adults and 3 kids. 2 fridges, 2 dishwashers and 2 ovens were all used to the max. The kids (and adults) thoroughly enjoyed the pools, hot tub and the beautiful beach. We hope to be back some day. Thank you for making this an even more wonderful vacation.

Excellent Property!

Amazing condo! Can't say enough about how well maintained and clean. Tons of space, love the large porch with rocking chairs and dining table. We have never stayed anywhere with such a wonderful kitchen - absolutely everything you need. My grandson loved the closet full of beach toys and we appreciated the beach chairs. Had a few minor problems but Franca was quick to take care of having them solved. building staff was top notch - we felt very safe and taken care of. Thank you for helping us to have an amazing time!

Was our first time renting a condo. Was a little hard figuring locks at first but all worked out . We had a great week with our family, there was 14 of us so condo was plenty big . One little issue with AC a call to owner it was fixed in a couple of hours.

Wonderful location and view in well appointed unit

We enjoyed our stay. Kitchen has everything you could possibly ask for (other than potentially a hand mixer and a coffee grinder, but hey, those just would have been over the top!) and the 2 refrigerators with ice makes and 2 dishwashers were a bonus, as were the 2 regular coffee pots, and a Keurig. We spent many hours rocking on the porch. There were folks to rent you nice wooden chairs and umbrellas right out front on the beach, and by renting for the week they set us up with a front row nice spot each morning. The pool and lazy river was a nice alternative to the ocean some times. Comfy beds, with nice quality towels and linens. But wish we had brought our own dishtowels, as only 1 was provided. (We are big cookers.).

Wonderful family vacation

Ocean Blue exceeded my expectations. We had a family vacation with 12 family members ranging from 2yo-88yo. The condo was perfect for everyone. The layout was very spacious for everyone. The location was great to get to all attractions, super easy access to the beach, the pool was great - never got very crowded (covered pool and lazy river were dark and water was cold). Because it is a smaller resort, we saw the same people everyday and everyone was so friendly. The kitchen is smaller, but it is very well stocked and having 2 refrigerators was GREAT, along with 2 ovens and 2 dishwashers - so smart and helpful with a larger group. Parking is not bad at all. We had 5 vehicles as we were all coming from different directions, and street parking was super easy, and right out in front of the resort, so it was easy to get to when we left and it was the cheapest option at $10 a day and we did it all on an app. 2 of the cars never moved all week. The two spots in the garage were great, it is tight, but everyone understands that and is patient. I would highly recommend Ocean Blue, we will rebook again, everyone enjoyed it.

Described well. Happy place. Loved fewer number of condos-less crowded. Common areas clean/constantly maintained. Unit clean. Tastefully decorated-felt like the beach. Liked being on 2nd floor. Used all water features. Bought umbrella /chairs set up right out front, with beach lifeguard, and boardwalk shower to beach was great. Very roomy. Loved loved rocking chairs & large balcony. Loved having a personal bath for everyone. Having 2 refrigerators was brilliant. Parking was described correctly - tight. Towels great quality. Tons of books in quiet room - which husband loved. Only challenge was initially getting in building- couldn’t find code in communication. Wonderful building managers there explained. Unit access easy. Would go back.
