The condo itself was clean and worked great for our family. Basic cleaning supplies had to be purchased just to help reduce sand mess etc which spending the week. We did experience a water leak in one of the bathrooms, the property manager did send a plumber however he arrived after 9pm, (which was inconvenient due having small children staying in the room in which the bathroom that needed to be fixed were in). The plumber turned off the water and then never returned for the entirety of the week. The property itself offered several pools which were nice, heated however there was a significant lack of property management present. We observed daily that the general public (not staying at the property) would walk into the outdoor pool from the road and beach to access the pools. I even encountered five boys under the age of 13 in the elevator that admitted they were just walking around the building and were not staying there. Additionally many guests appeared to bring additionally family member for the day to swim in the pools, these guests were often playing loud ( not family friendly ) music even in the inside pool which was extremely load and negatively impacted the use of that pool at times. This location has taught us a lesson on staying south of the boardwalk.
