Absolutely stunning building, modern and contemporary, this 1 Bedroom beachfront condo sleeps 6 and is located in an ultra-modern building. Located in Myrtle Beach and in the Ocean One Resort, this is one of the newest building in Myrtle Beach with ultra-modern decorations and new LCD TV's, along with newly hardwood tiled floors throughout living area, kitchen, and newly tiled bathroom! New full-sized Samsung refrigerator, Bosch dishwasher, new microwave, and glass top 4 burner stove included in the beachfront condo. Two Queen Beds and one murphy bed is ready for your entire family! The bathroom features a spa garden tub with jets. Heated pools and private ocean balcony along with lazy river and hot tubs!

Conveniently located and within steps of the NEW Myrtle Beach Boardwalk and just one block away from Family Kingdom Amusement Park and the 2nd Avenue Fishing Pier. A short drive from Broadway at the Beach, Market Common, Ripley's Aquarium. Many of the areas popular attractions, restaurants, golf courses, and shopping are a short drive away.

Abundant amenities await you at this beachfront resort. Features include both indoor pools, lazy river ride, spacious pool deck, and social areas, Oceanfront pool and waterfall. Indoor pool with cascading double waterfall. Children's Interactive splash and play area. AND BEST OF ALL FREE WIFI!

Our beachfront condo features 1 Bedroom with two Queen Beds, 1 Full Bath with jets, a living and dining area. This beachfront condo sleeps 6. Enjoy the morning sunrise on your private oceanfront balcony overlooking the beautiful ocean.

We also own and manage one and two-bedroom suites that can accommodate your needs as well!

As a condo in its self, it serves its purpose. The A/C worked great. The check in was smooth. Once inside we found a slight unpleasant odor. Only two plastic chairs on the balcony. Both of which were cracked and would we did not trust to support us without completely breaking. Micorwave display was messed up. Had to look up the manual for the dishwasher because all the labeling for the buttons were worn away. The furniture was possibly the hardest I have sat on. No extra pillows/blankets. The Oceans One property on the other hand is in dire need of maintenance. I would’ve loved to give a 5 star, but it wouldn’t be fair to folks reading this review.

Check in and communication was great. Condo is in need of cosmetic fixes, peeling cabinet in bathroom, beat up walls, rip in chair, bathroom door in rough shape at bottom. Updated more comfy chairs on the patio would go a long way, very uncomfortable and one being cracked would pinch our legs. Shower head is painful, felt like it was ripping skin off. Constant smell of pot smoke and cigarette smoke, could smell it in our room at times with the window closed. Area around the exit from pool area to beach always trashed. Trash all over the place. Not the rentals issue of course but was gross seeing a used condom thrown by where you walk. Area is sketchy, we didn't go out after dusk. Was a shooting by the boardwalk area a few nights ago. Views were beautiful tho from the room and pool area. All in all we had a good time but wouldn't come back mainly due to safety concerns and not feeling safe walking the streets or going out after dusk.

The pros: The view from this property is amazing! Enjoyed coffee on the balcony every morning. Great location and close to every thing. The cons; the Vrbo is certainly not new as listed…is this just new to Vrbo? Maybe a misunderstanding there. The Vrbo was adequate but, Could use a little TLC. The resort itself is dirty with only one cleaning of the pools in the am…trash, hair and scum on water build up throughout the day with no attempt to clean. We really did not feel comfortable going in the pools.

The condo was centrally located from the most popular attractions in Myrtle Beach which was a plus during our visit. The owners were in constant communication with us to make sure all was going well during our visit. The condo was clean and nicely decorated. Clear and detailed directions were given for check in and check out. The amenties were great with the indoor and outdoor pools and the beach just steps away. We will be coming back soon!

Perfect location, nice modern condo. I must say that the shower water pressure was the best. Comfortable beds and overall great for our stay! The management company was very responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay again.

We loved everything about this condo and the Ocean's One resort! Clean, modern, and comfortable. Plenty of space for 2 adults and 4 kids to sleep and relax. The washer and dryer in suite is a great amenity when you have a whole family's worth of wet beach towels and swimsuits to deal with. The heated indoor and outdoor pools were absolutely wonderful, even at the end of Sept. We will definitely look forward to staying here again!

The instructions were very thorough with excellent recommendations. Communication for questions and/or concerns was very proficient. We enjoyed the beds, all 3 were cozy and comfortable. The items available were convient, kitchen items, in house washer and dryer, trash bin near the elevator,, ocean view, jacuzzis, lazy river, multiple pools and convient parking. My mom and aunts really enjoyed this trip to Myrtle Beach, they cannot wait to return for another visit. The open lines of communication via email and text were great! I would highly recommend this unit, we had a crew of 4 and we were extremely comfortably. Thanks Julie

We really enjoyed our stay. The property was as described and the owners/management were easy to contact. The property was close to everything and we were able to walk to most things. We hope to return later on this Summer and enjoy a longer stay.

Spent 5 days during spring brake, apartment was as described, had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable, nice whirlpool tub, adequate kitchen necessities. The only unfavorable mention is the floors, the LR could use better cleanning, it felt sticky. Still would use this unit again if in the area.
