The host requires you complete the following before checking out:

Load and start the dishwasher

Strip any used beds, gather used towels, and store extra beds

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash

Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys

All trash must be cleaned up and taken out and placed in bin with the letter B for unit B. All dishes must be washed and put away. All linen should be stripped off the beds.

Any wet linen should be left hanging over shower rod to dry.

Please refrain from removing any items from the property owned by Hunt Four Properties. Any missing items will be reported stolen.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
