the building not clean! The apartment orientation not the best. The bedroom is right as you open the door and you have to pass bedroom to go to sitting room.

My family and I loved our stay!! A beautiful beach facing unit that makes leaving hard! Debbie was a great host and kept in contact with me during the stay. Unit was neat and cleanliness was superb. The only downside was that we could not stay longer! We will definitely be back in the future.

This condo is in a great location, has a nice ocean view, ample parking, and steps away from the beach. The unit was very clean and had all the amenities needed for a week at the beach. The kitchen is a little small but since we don’t cook while on vacation it wasn’t an issue for us. Having the extra half bath is really nice. The condo owner was very friendly and easy to get a hold of if needed.

Let me start out by saying Debbie and Ray were the best host although didn't meet Debbie personally her husband Ray was a delight. Showing us how to get into condo and the room letting us know what to expect and just talking with him in general. The condo was clean and the view of the beach was awesome, had no problems with anything. The distance from the beach was steps away and not too long of a drive or walk to eateries. Yes I would recommend looking Evolve up and giving them a try. Thank you Debbie and Ray look forward to booking with you again in the future!!

We all had a great time. Loved the wonderful view from the 11th floor condo. It was so nice after a day at the beach and pool to chill out on the balcony and enjoy the sights and sounds of the ocean. We will definitely be back again.

Room smelled like rotted meat and shower never got hot. I contacted Debbie and her husband ray and both sounded Intoxicated. Ray used extreme profanity me and told me that I need to say thank you for Sheila coming back ( it was her job to clean it or fix the problem). And Debbie told me I just wanted my money back and that it was too bad. This was my 1st vrbo Experience as well as vacation and it was absolutely terrible. I will never stay here again. They were rude as well and did not listen to my complaint nor concerns.

This location and condo was absolutely amazing. It accommodated our family of 5 extremely well and there is a beautiful view of the ocean. I will definitely be staying here again on our next Myrtle Beach trip!

This unit is exactly as pictured, right down to the towel animals on the bed. Unit was immaculately clean. Location was so convenient, without being in the middle of main Myrtle. Entire building was family friendly. Our view was perfect for waking up early and enjoying the morning sun, but also the fireworks each night on the beach. Overall a great place and visit, and hope we can visit again sooner than later.

Everything was as expected, easy walk to the beach, comfortable beds. Only issue was a difficult shower knob to operate, but we figured it out. Would definitely stay again!
