Tucked within the Myrtlewood golf course community and along the Intracoastal Waterway, this location is a golf lover’s dream. It’s also just a quick 5-minute drive to the beach, making it the ideal spot for those seeking a quiet, peaceful retreat, whether you’re visiting as a couple, family, or group of friends.



As you step inside, you’ll find the first bedroom on the right, featuring two comfy twin beds, a closet and dresser for all your storage needs, and a large window that lets in plenty of natural light. The room is also equipped with a flat-screen TV and a ceiling fan, ensuring your comfort. The adjacent full-size bathroom has a glass-door shower, toilet, and vanity, plus a stackable washer and dryer tucked away behind folding doors for your convenience.



To the left of the entryway is the spacious kitchen, one of the standout features of this condo. With a generous layout that’s perfect for family meals, the kitchen comes fully equipped with everything you’ll need to cook up your favorite dishes, including a full set of cookware, utensils, plates, glassware, and silverware. You’ll also find a full-size dishwasher, fridge, freezer, microwave, oven, stove, and small appliances like a coffee maker and toaster, so you’ll feel right at home.



Beyond the kitchen is the dining and living area. The dining table comfortably seats 4, making it perfect for meals and family time.
