This beach house consists of two bedrooms, two bathrooms (queen size beds), a sleeper sofa (queen size beds), and is conveniently located in section M57, across from the Sandy Mart, grill, and laundry facility. Just a short distance to the beach, at about 150yds from ocean - you'll love the location. We do have WiFi . The kitchen is fully equipped with new appliances (refrigerator/oven/stove/microwave/etc). Enjoy the lake-view from our large covered porch, with a gas grill, a patio table, chairs, and rocking chairs. The home also has a concrete driveway for parking. WE DO NOT FURNISH A GOLF CART

PLEASE NOTE: No pets are allowed in the home. No smoking inside home. Absolutely no house parties. All guests must register with ocean lakes upon arrival to obtain a parking pass. Ocean Lakes sets the daily parking rate. Ocean Lakes provides golf cart rentals. You must be 25 years or older to rent this home. No house parties, no disturbances and no unreasonable behavior.
