Luxury Oceanfront Condo with Reduced Rates!

This beautiful third floor condo will make you feel relaxed as soon as you walk through the door. We are the first floor of units above the lobby and parking garage. Unloading is easy through the covered garage with the use of rolling carts and an elevator. Maisons Sur Mer is an upscale, premier property offering security and many amenities. Amenities include beach bar when in season, tennis court, pool, and gym.
The living area is roomy for everyone to relax and enjoy each other's company without feeling crowded. The balcony has outdoor table and chairs that seat 6. Our family enjoys having an evening meal together overlooking the beach. The condo is furnished with HD flat screen TV's in the den and both bed rooms with preferred cable. We also provide Wi-Fi router/modem designated to our condo.
Luxury sheets and towels are provided. Beach towels are not provided. The guest room has two queen size beds and master bedroom has a comfortable King bed all providing a great night's rest.
Have breakfast and coffee on the balcony while you enjoy the ocean breeze and watch the waves roll in. Later, read a book by the pool, take advantage of the pool snack bar, and enjoy a walk on the beach. A short walk south goes to Ocean Annie's (music and dancing) and a short walk north leads to the Apache Pier (arcade and fishing).
This location is close to golf, restaurants and shopping. Tanger Outlet, Barefoot Landing, and Broadway on the Beach are all short driving distances.

We used to live in a building up the street. It was nice to find an affordable place for our family to stay so we could visit most of our old friends. The Unit 104 was roomy comfortable. Nice location as shore drive seems to be one of the nicer places to stay in Myrtle Beach.

I spent a week here during the historical snowstorm! It was a very comfortable condo with plenty of room for dinner and game night with friends! Security at the front desk was very nice and made for a feel of safety in the building at all times. The owner was very responsive to a couple of questions that popped up.

We come to this same condo every thanksgiving for the past 4 years and plan to continue our tradition. It’s cozy and inviting, it’s in a safe and quiet area of the beach. Michelle is great with communication and checking to make sure everything is good during our stay. We can’t say enough good things about Michelle and her family’s condo! It is the best place ever and at a great price

The condo was everything we had hoped for. Loved the resort and all the amenities. The stafff was super friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again. We had two kids and 4 adults and we had plenty of room. Having a convenience store across the street within walking distance was nice for getting ice.

Condo well supplied, well decorated, comfortable and the only thing wrong was previous guests had carried in sand on beach chairs which we did not clean up since we paid for cleaning and cabinets need a deep clean. Surface areas spotless.

Condo is very comfortable, quiet and very clean. The kitchen was well stocked with everything that we needed. The location is great and the owner is very easy to work with. This was our second time in this condo and we would definitely go back again.

Absolutely loved everything about my stay in this impeccable unit! Everything was just as decribed, but pictures does not do it justice!! Will be my top pick every time i visit. I was traveling alone so the benifit of having security on duty 24-7 was a blessing for me being able to relax and feel perfectly safe!!

Love the area of town, quiet, quaint, just lovely. Less traffic and easy to get around to anywhere. The condo was great! Very clean, spacious, water pressure is great, patio is huge! Pool and beach are really nice and right there -- not a long walk to the beach!

We stayed over Memorial Day weekend. Condo was perfect! Beautiful view, right on the beach. Walking distance to a few locals hang outs. We had a wonderful time! In fact we decided to stay a few extra nights. Michelle was wonderful to work with! Very accommodating, we will definitely stay again.

Had a great experience dealing with the condo owners. They could not have been more accommodating. Liked the wifi in the condo as well as the bed configuration. No one had to sleep on a twin bed. Will definitely stay here again on our next trip to the beach!!

The condo is spacious and is also clean, safe, quiet and in a great location. The little things that make a vacation enjoyable are all taken care of here. The host is very easy to communicate with and she is very helpful and easy to work with. She truly cared that everything was okay with the condo and that we were happy. Beautiful hotel-like secure building, steps out to the beach from the back. Has a Tiki Bar and pool, exercise and game room. We loved sitting out on the balcony where we were shielded from the sun since it’s in the corner and could feel the breeze while listening to the waves crash. Condo was easy to access and communication with host immediate. Place was very clean and had everything stocked we needed. Loved it!
