THE HOME HAS AN OPEN LIVING ROOM, DINING ROOM, AND KITCHEN.. THE LIVING ROOM HAS A LARGE FLAT-SCREEN TV. THE MASTER BEDROOM HAS A QUEEN BED AND THE SECOND BEDROOM HAS A FULL BED, BOTH BEDROOMS HAVE NEW LARGE FLAT-SCREEN TV'S. THERE IS A FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHEN AND DISHWASHER. THE NEW DINING ROOM TABLE SEATS 4 PEOPLE, AND THE BAR AREA SEATS 2 PEOPLE. THERE IS A FULL-SIZE WASHER AND DRYER LOCATED IN THE BUILDING ALONG WITH ONE COMPLIMENTARY GOLF CART. ONCE YOU HAVE PAID IN FULL, I WILL ENTER YOUR INFORMATION INTO THE OCEAN LAKES PORTAL AND THEY WILL THEN IN TURN SEND YOU AN EMAIL REQUESTING VEHICLE INFO AND PAYMENT. ONCE YOU PAY OCEAN LAKES FOR THE PASSES THEY WILL MAIL THEM TO YOU.
***YOU MAY PARK UP TO 2 CARS AT THE HOUSE, IF ANY ADDITIONAL CARS ARE NEEDED THEY MAY BE PARKED IN OVERFLOW PARKING WITH MY PERMISSION.

This is our first time ever going to ocean lakes. This little house was so cozy as soon as we walked in! The outside shower (with warm water) was the best to rinse all the sand off before going in the house. The owners responded quickly and check in and out details were very easy to follow! We had the best time and would totally recommend this sweet little cozy mermaid house oh and the golf court was a great little amenity that we enjoyed all week long!

We enjoyed our time at this cozy beach cottage with just enough space for our family of 5 (2 adults, 2 teens, and one tween) plus two medium sized dogs. Communication with the owner was easy and friendly, as was the reservation and payment process through VRBO. The pictures and description of the property are accurate and everything was clean and comfortable for our weeklong stay. The ability to wash our clothes on site was very helpful. Having the golf cart was a much needed amenity - this was our first time to Ocean Lakes and didn't fully appreciate how large the property was until we got there. The campground amenities are wonderful overall, and you can't beat the proximity to the beach for the price especially when traveling with the dogs. Definitely want to return to Ocean Lakes in the future!

The house was nice. It was close to the beach. The golf cart got me where I needed to go. Next time I go I will need a bigger house because I told everyone about it and they all want to come.

Weekend Getaway

This was a great little place to stay in Ocean Lakes. Clean, I loved how fresh it smelled when we walked in. This was a perfectly sized place for the hubby and I. I really liked having the outdoor shower and the place was quite close to the beach (considering the size of OL). Communication with Tonya was easy and quick. Will definitely stay here again in the future.

Just what we needed

Pictures really do not do this place justice. We are a family of three. This is all we needed for a truly wonderful time. With out making this a drawn out review I will hit the highlights. CLEAN CLEAN CLEAN!!! That is what was most important to us in renting a sight unseen property. I will make sure and always sing the praise of this little place and her other properties we went by to see while there. Tonya was a great communicator and her on property staff were equally amazing. This place is smaller but again all we need for two wonderful weeks at the beach.

Home not exactly as described.

House was clean, kitchen did not have any dinner plates or bowls, had to purchase those. there was a good size soft spot in the bathroom floor were water must of rotten the underneath which made us nervous to step on. Felt like you would go trough it. Located in a nice area. Communication wasn’t easy with owner! Probably would not stay there again.

Awesome house!

This house was PERFECT for our little family’s vacation! House was CLEAN! Couch/recliners are comfy! TV selection was great! Kitchen was fully stocked with everything imaginable! Bed was comfy! Bathroom was great size! The front porch was AWESOME! Oh and did I mention it was CLEAN!! Renter was amazing and so easy to get in contact with! Highly recommended!

Perfect location and a great little house for our family. The owner was so easy to deal with and very easy to reach. The highest perk for my kids was the ease of access to a lake for fishing.

Perfect stay

What a cute little beach house! It was just right for the two of us. Its proximity to the beach makes it an easy walk. Having a golf cart added to the fun. It's a must if you like to go exploring! We do. We like to see what innovative things people have done on their sites! The biggest plus for us was being able to bring our dog. We don't like to leave the sweet girl behind! The owners were quick to respond to our questions. We let them know about a very minor repair for future reference (a bolt coming loose on the toilet seat) and were surprised that a handyman showed up the same day.
