Location, location, location....109A!!!! Newly Renovated and Decorated 2023!

Enjoy the relaxing ocean view from the newly decorated, freshly painted, first floor 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo located in the front of 'A' Building, mere footsteps from the awesome Atlantic Ocean!!! The condo is approximately 1000 square feet of spacious living. It is fully equipped to ensure guests enjoy the southern comforts of home that Myrtle Beach Resort has to offer.

From the large private balcony, you will enjoy the beautiful ocean view!! Awake early and enjoy your coffee viewing the sunrise over the ocean, but oooh in the afternoon sitting and relaxing is awesome.

For your time indoors, the condo has just recently (2023) been renovated, painted, and completely re-decorated! It contains a family suite, complete with a wall-mounted 55' HDTV. The kitchen has all the appliances of the home and a large dining table seating for five.

The master suite is completely furnished including a king-size bed and a mounted 32' flat-screen TV. The second bedroom has a queen/xl twin bunk bed, dresser, and a mounted 32' flat-screen TV.

The condo is an end unit on the first floor (great for the young and old) with no need for elevators or stairs!!! The unit is mere steps from the front ocean pool and that wonderful sandy beach.

The Myrtle Beach Resort is a gated community nestled on 33 acres and is conveniently located in the very south end of the famous Myrtle Beach, away from the congestion of the strip, yet close to the area's best restaurants and major attractions. The landscaping of the resort is beautiful and has the amenities to make your vacation a paradise!!!

The resort has remained a popular vacation spot for years. It stands out from other resorts for these reasons:

Beach vacation

We were very pleased with our stay, everything was great. We loved being only a few steps away from the beach. The pools were very nice. The condo was very well kept, clean and just as listed. We already booked our stay for next year at the same place.

Great little get away spot

Beach Weekend

Great Beach Getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed staying in this condo. It is close to the beach and convenient to stores, restaurants, and attractions. The condo was spotless and had all of the necessities to make our stay relaxing. Our kids were so sad to leave and already are planning our next trip on the drive home.

Clean, nicely decorated, has everything you need. Owner was quick to respond and able to provide information on the property amenities. Direct access to beach and outdoor pool (which must be nice during warmer months). Highly recommend!

Great Condo/Location for families

We really enjoyed our vacation at this condo. Pros are location to the beach(you are literally right there at it), cleanliness of condo, easy check in/out process, plenty of pools and hot tubs, and beach bar, AND it is wheelchair accessible. If I had to say something negative, all I could really say is the laundry facilities on site aren’t great. Our clothes smelled funny after using them. And the second bedroom did not have very much storage for clothes or a closet. But other than that, this was a fantastic find, and we plan to stay here again in the future.

Very Comfortable, well cared for condo

Too bad this was only a short stay to put off going home at the end of winter. It was lovely. There are activities, miles of beautiful beach, and concerts not far away. The owner, Mandee, is super helpful and quick to address any little issue. Definitely on my mind if we come back to MB another year.

Clean and Comfortable Condo

The condo was very clean and comfortable. The check in and check out process was very easy. It is located steps from the beach and pool. We enjoyed the restaurant on site and there is an arcade and ice cream shop at the community right next door that you can easily access. The resort itself was under heavy construction and several things were not accessible. It took 17 days to get our deposit back which was making me nervous, but it was refunded. Overall it was a really nice stay and close enough to everything

Family get away for our son's 15th birthday and Father's Day too.

The condo was very attractive. The bathrooms and kitchen were very clean. The pictures show different living room furniture than what was in the condo. Also the ad states no steps, which is true in regards to the condo door, but one must ascend 7 to 10 steps to get to the first floor. This was very difficult for my elderly mother. Everything else was perfect. Mandee is right on top of things and easy to get a hold off. We had a great time.
