The Neighborhood:

There is a great Children's Museum nearby and Broadway at the Beach is just up the road. There are two pools both indoor and outdoor and three jacuzzi's, indoor and outdoor. There is great lawn space to lay out on with beach chairs and umbrellas. It has all new furnishings, in the heart of Myrtle Beach, near the Convention Center, many attractions and restaurants are just a short walk away.

The condo is very nice and clean with beautiful views.One of the deck chairs was broken and they replaced them right away with plastic ones .. Downside they are taking a pier apart just right of the balcony they work out there from sunup to sunset with continuous loud banging !! Suggestions put grab bars in shower..

The unit is exactly as pictured. A little dark and dated but overall nice. The reason I gave it 3 stars is because of the smell that really hits you as you enter the unit. A cross between musty and a hint of urine. Not pleasant. Once in the unit, you get used to it. The chairs on the balcony are broken. The fridge quit working and we lost all the food. We asked for a 30 refund or just send us a pizza. We received nothing. The worst part of that was my husband knew what was wrong with the fridge and he thawed it out, cleaned it and turned it back on, and it worked like a charm. We saved Big Fish a service call and 2 trips to our unit. We never got anything for that.

The condo was clean and nice. The view was beautiful. There was only 2 of us and it was tight. I don’t think 6 could stay comfortably. Overall, had a great vacation.

Perfect for small family

My family and I needed a place to stay for a week and really wanted a kitchen to reduce eating out so much which this place has. This place fit the bill in every way we needed. Plenty of room. All new appliances and new A/C units! Will definitely look for this place again the next time we plan to come visit the area

Beautiful property - Property management observation

The price is why we chose this property and it was well worth every penny!! The property is gorgeous and was perfect for our getaway. The location is very ideal. The property management company is the only area where we had any feedback. We received multiple communications, text and emails, about information that was already provided. I appreciate their responsiveness, communication is one detail I would consider. We will definitely be back!!!

Just so so

The reservation process was over the top photos needed of credit cards, ID, and even one of me holding my credit card and ID. But it was pretty seamless once we got there. The unit was as pictured. Views were great. The unit is near enough to everything, but far enough to also be quiet. It needed a deep clean in bad way. The dresser drawers were so dirty, I only used one drawer. We did need to move a few things to reach outlets and it was no better there. The bedroom had an odor, almost like stale smoke. We had arrived to wet carpets and so we needed to leave the unit so they could bring dryers and an ozone machine. A day later, the odor was back. We did not get a refund on cleaning fees. The management company is pretty responsive, but kind of a nuisance too. We were working from the unit and I kept getting calls to bring over new pots and pans, someone showed up to fix a deck chair, and another time someone wanted to spray for bugs while we were in the unit. We hadn't asked for any of this, so we asked them come back after we left. This was also one of the only VRBO units I've rented where the bare essentials were not provided - no salt/pepper, paper towels, etc. You'll have dishes and TP. That is it. Parking is easy, right across the street. We had someone do some major damage to our rental car in the parking garage. As far as we can tell there isn't any cameras in the garage and this is where the management company's responsiveness seemed to stop.

The internet was in and out Beds were bad and very uncomfortable No blankets to sleep with and when asked the rental company they never brought us any Cookware was damaged and couldn’t use The smelled like some even though they claim it’s smoke free They advertised a working washer and dryer - the dry was broken

Memorable winter getaway.

The condo was so cute. Perfect size for myself and husband. Clean and affordable. Amazing views! The other owners/renters that we met at the hot tub were friendly and welcoming. Good location, within walking distance of many restaurants, bars and shops. Also if you are looking for a nice morning walk, walk past the condos towards the residential area, you'll be daydreaming about living in thise giant mansions! If you are looking for an outing that dosen't involve shopping or the boardwalk check out Huntington state park or Brookgreen(i think thats the name) gardens. We went for the "nights of lights" around new years and it was absolutely breathtaking! Would definitely recommend this place to stay. We will probably stay again.Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Wonderful place

Was the cleanest apartment we have ever entered. Great location and Psalms Resort was very lovely. Parking was just across street and places to eat within walking distance.

Place was exactly as advertise. Beach was great, right behind the building. Located right on the strip with plenty to do, sites to see, and plenty of eateries to visit.

Exactly as Advertised/Wonderful Stay

The condo was exactly as the pictures indicate. The view was perfect. We only stayed for a weekend, so everything we needed was there. My only concern about the check-in was having to provide all of the info that was asked for by email. It raises flags for privacy concerns. However, overall the communication was great, the place was clean, comfortable and exactly what we were looking for in a weekend getaway. I would definitely consider it again in the future.

Beach pickleball bike get away

Very clean, easy access. Could have used a drying rack and towel for dishes. Having a laundry washer and dryer was a plus!

Everything was as described

Property was as listed. Beautiful view and all newly remodeled. Suggestion, needs a toaster. Walking distance to the dollar general and many food locations. Overall five star experience.
