Direct Oceanfront 2/2 w/ Huge Balcony - by Luxury Beach Rentals!

This 2 bedroom suite on the 10th floor is oceanfront and offers spectacular views of the blue Atlantic. This condo offers an oceanfront master bedroom with king bed and access to the huge oceanfront balcony. The second room offers two double beds. Other features include flat screen TVs, washer and dryer, and fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops.

The resort is located in the heart of the Grand Strand in a quiet family oriented section of the beach. Activities on site include the indoor and outdoor pool complex which includes a lazy river, 2 pools, 4 hot tubs and children’s splash pool all overlooking the beach along with a fitness center and tanning lawn. The resort also has a Starbucks and ice cream shop onsite.

Perfect Condo for Family Trip

Beautiful ocean-front view with several indoor and outdoor pools / hot tubs to keep the kids entertained all week long. The beach is beautiful, and the condo was perfect for our family of 5.

The clean condo unit perfectly met our needs. Superb location for beach walks, swimming/hot tub, and close to our favourite restaurants and mini golf. We would stay here again.

Authentic Condo Experience

Clean and authentic representation of pictures. Provisions for toilet tissue could be increased to 3 rolls per bathroom and Dollar Store size salt & pepper shakers would be helpful! Otherwise, amenities for the property were adequate.

Caribbean Resort Myrtle Beach

Management staff very good. Check in was easy. Location excellent. Beach excellent. Pools very good. Older resort so expect conditions of condo to reflect that. Cleanliness was poor. Dirty floors. Dusty. Condo needs a thorough cleaning.

Great location

Love how close this condo is to everything but far enough down the beach to have room to yourself. Pool was fun. The indoor pool could use some cleaning but we spent the majority of the time in the great outdoor pools and at the beach. There dining right next door and you can order food at the pool. We had a great time thank you.

Nice condo but resort sucks. No indoor bar or restaurant. To many rules for the pool Bo floats , balls Noodles in pool . Removed our stuff from our table and put it in lost and found while we were still in the pool with 45 to pool close. Indoor pools were 90 degrees very un refreshing

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great space for family. Amenities were awesome for kids and adults during winter months. The living room sofa and chairs need replacing. I had to cover the sofa and chairs with flat sheets we brought from home in order to sit down comfortably. Other than the living room sofa- this place is great. I was glad we chose this place overall.

Beachfront Beauty

I want to leave a great review, but I also want to keep this location a secret for just our family! The perfect location on the beach and the perfect floor to hear the waves but not the crowds. Plenty of space to spread out and "live" while on vacation; the resort has many amenities and everything is within walking or wheelchair distance. The only negative this year compared to last is about the resort itself (not the individual condo), is that the building seemed a lot dirtier, maybe a shortage of cleaning crew?

Condo On the Beach

Condo was clean and overall met our needs. Walls are thin and the building can be a bit noisy, but nothing too terrible--It's a shared space with folks on vacation, so you gotta expect some of that. If you want absolute quite and serenity, don't stay in a resort condo. Did have to knock on the neighbors door after 10 PM one night. Condo next to us was full of teenagers screaming and banging on stuff. They refused to answer the door, but pretty much shut up after I knocked, so I didn't think it warranted reporting them. Location is great. Close to everything. We didn't use the pools or any other amenities, just stuck to the beach but the place was bustling and there were kids everywhere that seemed to be having the time of their lives.

Not up to standards

When we booked the room we looked at all the photos and reviews. It seamed to work for our family. The actual whole condo was very nice plenty of space and plenty things to do. The pools were very nice also the hot tub, bar, restaurant, splash areas and corn whole area. The actual room was not up to date, had a lot of repairs not done, washer broken, mold in the room, chip paint, trim missing, kitchen was not fully equipped, dishwasher did not clean the dishes, all the events blew so much dust just not up to par.

Amazing

Property and ammenities were awesome. Its by far the best rental we have invested in. We only had to leave for groceries. We had a pool,bar,place to eat dinner our last night, and massage. The massage company was also amazing, friendly, and went above any beyond. Wish we had planned to stay longer and if or when we come back to visit we do not plan on staying anywhere else but with the carribean resort. I couldnt find the checkout instructions for cleanup so we just did the best we could. Maybe leave instructions on the counter with packet for the future.

A Week of Relaxation

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay got off to a bumpy start. I was unaware that we could just go to our rental and put the pre-sent door code. Instead, I went to the front desk to check in. The desk clerk was rude and unwilling to work with me. He told me to go to the "sales" desk and the person would help me. She was pleasant but of no help. I finally retreated to my parked vehicle and begin to look up the previous emails. It was then that I realized that I could bypass the standard check-in procedure and head directly to my condo. The was the only negative. The rest of the week was relaxing and well worth the rental fee. The property is located in a very strategic area, right on the beach and within driving distance of some wonderful restaurants. The property was a little dated, but clean and comfortable. Other than the check-in experience everything was a 10. Thanks!

Great Condo

The condo was just as advertised. We had ac issues but they were quickly addressed. The kids amenities were a little disappointing. None of the arcade games worked or were missing pieces. The water slide was closed at random times during the day. The “indoor” pool water was very cloudy and green. Be prepared to wait for carts for hours to load/unload. We waited almost 3 hours for a cart to become available. Very chaotic at check in times. Elevators out of service. But the condo itself was very nice!

Beautiful view...but roaches in the unit

We chose this condo based on the amazing oceanfront view in the pictures. Sadly other aspects of the condo did not live up to expectations. The good: View was incredible and you fall asleep to the sound of the waves. Condo was overall clean, beds comfortable and the unit was well equipped. Check in was easy and instructions good. Location was also convenient for MB. The bad: This resort has seen better days. There are several pools but not super clean and musty smells. The couch was not comfortable to sit on and there were some damp places on the ceiling. The ugly: The unit has roaches. As a frequent visitor to N Carolina, S Carolina and Florida, I am not talking about the big Palmetto bugs. These were regular roaches that infest buildings. All was good for the first 24 hours until we came home from dinner to find a roach in the hallway. In the kitchen, we found another by the side of the refrigerator. In the morning I contacted the property management company, Luxury Beach Rentals, to say that the unit had a roach problem. We did not want to stay and requested a refund for the unused nights but no refund for the inconvenice of having our vacation disrupted. No refund was provided and they instead sent a guy to spray to 'fix the problem'. I also heard people elsewhere in the resort complain of roaches in their unit. When I found a roach crawling on my flip flop in the unit we couldn't take it anymore and checked out a day early. No refunds for anything. Be warned. Avoid.

First property was terrible. Had a hard time with the rental agency to move to another property, but finally did. This one better but not great. From wrong passcodes, to mold in the bathroom and rust in the refrigerator, it was an awful experience. I have pictures to prove.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, this was a good experience. The condo is perfect in regards to location for access to Myrtle Beach and locally adjacent golf courses. Only issue we had was no blankets for the pullout bed, which was resolved promptly. The pool is nice and large and my kids spend a ton of time there and very much enjoyed it.
