We enjoyed the pool. It was right behind our condo. The condo was clean and the washer and dryer really came in handy. The only complaint we have is that the blinds were broken in the dining room and the kitchen needed some blinds for privacy. Thanks again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was well located close to stores hospital pharmacy grocery stores hairdresser all your needs met in one place...great for long walks..the condo was spacious clean and quiet..on 3rd floor and you must climb stairs we like that it helps our exercise routine..staff at Palmetto vacations very helpful and problems fixed quickly..thanks to Max.Renee and Shawna

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great, except for the steps to the 3rd floor was difficult with luggage.

The only positive that I can say about this property is the location. The property was dirty and needed alot of help in the cleanliness department. The bathroom rugs were soiled, the shower curtain had mildew on it, the couches were dingy and torn. The owner definitely needs to reinvest back into this property because it is not worth what they are charging at all. We would have been better off staying in a hotel suite where they atleast follow certain cleaning measures. The property management company was also terrible as far as check in. Although the check in range is from 3p-5p they really should try to be more accommodating. We did not get a text notification about the property being ready until 5:30 pm! Coming off of a 12 plus hour drive with 3 kids this was not how we wanted to start the trip off. The internet and TV options were also terrible as they barely worked. Luckily my phone has a hot spot and I used my own. If you are looking at this property reconsider as there are so manybother properties in the area that I am sure are much nicer.
