I absolutely love the location!!......However, upgrades are definitely in order......We made the best of the experience, it was my husband's birthday and I didn't want the condo not being clean ruin it for him.....The staff on the property were pleasant and super professional. Mrs. Elaine, our maintenance professional, was absolutely amazing as well!!! She was a highlight 😊......Everything would have been perfect had our condo been clean!!!!!!!!

Everything was good! Clean and safe feeling. The only negative i would say is the hottubs on our last night were not hot, is day only mildly warm. But that wouldn't make me not come back. It was lovely otherwise

The beach view was great, that made up for a lot. Learning to use the TV"S was terrible. The pictures on both TVs were great but finding the channels we wanted was quite an experience. Finally on Sunday we were there when the lady came to find ESPN for us and she had to make several tries to get it herself. Each time you turned the TV off you had to go through the same ordeal the next time you turned it on. There were no TV direction for either TV Also Saturday evening I walked toward the balcony to lock the door for the night and stepped into a pool of water on the floor where the air-conditioner was leaking. We turned off the air conditioner, cleaned up the water with towels and call to asked them to send someone the next morning. I had to call a second time in the afternoon cause no one had came to look at it. Finally they did come. We would like to be compensated for our troubles. Thank you!

Not a Caribbean stay - not remodeled/updated

Our room was not clean. The sink was backed up, there were hairs all over the couch bed. Bathroom/shower room very tiny. Shower curtain was old and dirty. Bath spigot still ran when you turned the shower on creating a mess. Outside of fridge was so dirty. It was difficult to get help in any of these areas. The booking was very misleading- you did not know you were booking someone’s private condo and that the hotel maintenance and people there would not be able to assist you with ANYTHING. Language barrier with the management company. Extremely unsettling stay
