With an unbeatable oceanfront location and multiple resort amenities, you'll never want to leave! Small but practical, let this be your place to rest your feet after days and days of fun.

As part of your reservation, you’ll enjoy access to a full breakfast buffet at Magnolia’s at 26th, just a short walk from the hotel. Each property is equipped with one or more rental boxes. You will enjoy free Blockbuster rentals during your stay. Also check out the Snack Shack located on the 1st floor of the registration building.

All Oceana Resorts guests are provided with a package of tickets from local partners. The program offers one free ticket from up to three partners per reservation. Additional tickets are available to purchase when the free tickets are redeemed. Details are updated seasonally on our property-specific websites.

Overall the room was nice. I do appreciate the free golf, breakfast, movies, and water park. The other freebies weren't thoroughly explained. Housekeeping did not replace all of the towels and wash clothes. I had to go to the front desk and ask again. Still did not get them all replaced. Thought my room was oceanfront but it wasn't. Everything else was ok.

Our stay

Overall, our stay was enjoyable! The staff was friendly. We had to wait past 4 to check in since our room was not ready. We didn’t use the pools or other facilities but they looked nice! The property is clean and beds were comfy!
