There is a 40 lb weight limit for dogs. Restricted breeds include Pit Bulls, Staffordshire Terriers, German Shepherds, Rottweilers, Presa Canarios, Chow, Mastiffs, Doberman Pinschers, Akita, Wolf hybrids, Cane Corso, Great Danes, Alaskan Malamutes, Boxers, Huskies, American Bulldogs, Mini Bullies, and Belgian Malinois. This includes mixes of these breeds as well.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

I liked it was great room and many beds to sleep in them, the couch bed wasn’t comfortable at all, when it rained the front door would let so much water in our room and floor was puddles

Was nice and clean! A few updates and repairs would go along way but then it might not be so affordable. We loved being able to have our dogs travel with us. The view was magnificent !! The beach, pools and other amenities made it a great experience for us. The beds were comfy! We would stay there again. Furology Paw Spa was wonderful to our fur babies!!

Floors were dirty, couldn't tell until u cleaned up water, the towel would be black. Had plumbing problems the first 2 days that were pretty much fixed but the air conditioner leaked on the inside floor the whole trip even after we turned the temp up as suggested by maintenance. The couch bed was dirty and flat with the springs showing. The people next to us slammed their doors all night the last 2 nights we were there, which kept waking us up. And the difficulty of navigating around almost every closed road made this trip the worst we've ever been on

Our room smelled like dog urine. It was so strong. The front desk offered to cancel the booking but would take 5-7 days for money to be refunded. I didn’t have the money to stay somewhere else. The hotel specifically asks if you are being a dog I answered no so the assumption was there would be rooms that were not dog friendly. The front desk called house keeping and they came and sprayed cleaner that only made it worse. It was heavy cleaning scent with strong dog urine. 0 out of 10 would never recommend it.

The location is perfect. The pools were nice and I like that it feels very kid friendly there. I think the room I stayed in was very outdated. Everything looked old and it had a weird smell. Even though I liked the location I wouldn’t stay there again because I like to feel comfortable in my hotel room and I didn’t there.

We love staying here with our fur babies!!! This was the 3rd year for us. It’s wonderful being able to bring them to the beach with us. The resort is kept up well. Always smells and looks clean. The people are very nice. Our room was clean and comfortable. I love the location!! It’s not to close to the strip or to far away. Our babies love it!!! Hopefully we’ll stay again next year. Thank you.

I saw debris from the ceiling when I checked in late but thought it was from construction. It was NOT, some fell on me while I was sleeping. Maintenance said there was something wrong with my room, on-site management tried playing it off like the room is just scheduled for some "updating", and Vacasa never even got back to me about it. I found two cockroaches in my room for the less than 24 hours I stayed in this particular room- I ended up getting moved because debris kept falling from the ceiling. One roach was INSIDE the coffee pot. I read the reviews and thought it would be fine. Never again. Dangerous and disgusting.

Was looking for a place to stay with our daughter's 5 month old puppy. Not many places to choose from this time of year. Happy to find Ocean Park as we stayed there about 26 years ago when our daughter was 4. Everything was great! We were worried about a trip with a dog but it couldn't have been better. The staff was welcoming, giving Lily (the dog) a gift on arrival. It was nice to have the pet relief area onsite. Getting a pet friendly room, you'd almost expect it to not be as nice, or smell or not feel clean. But that was not the case we felt just as clean and comfortable as we would have any other place. There was no carpet which we loved even if we didn't have a dog. and not too many extras that kept it safe for the dog to be able to walk around and not get hurt by or for her to mess up. She was able to lay on the balcony and watch the ocean and people. The rails were far enough apart for her to see but not slip through. Our only problem with the dog was people on the beach shooting fireworks at night. She was scared to death but that had nothing to do with the Resort. As for us people. Beds were comfy, We had everything we needed in the kitchen except for a baking sheet and potatoe masher. Elevators were speedy. Heard horror stories from other places but even though it was the week before 4th of July (we left on July 2) The wait for elevators was never too long. The pool was great. Not too cold, but not too warm. Perfect to cool off from the suns heat. Our only mistake was only utilizing 1 of the free attraction tickets. We used the free putt putt at the Lost Mine, which was really good. But we only had 4 full days, so we wanted to stay at the resort and enjoy the pool and beach as much as possible. Loved the inside pool area but we have stayed at ocean park for about 15 years now and it gets worse every year the outside hot tub the jets only 3 work the rooms need painted maybe more furniture as far as chairs in the living we had 6 guest and had 1 sofa pull out bed to sit on probably say maybe 2 stars as a rating there’s no housekeeping on the weekend probably find another hotel next year
