Indigo Coastal Kitchen on the second floor is open for breakfast and dinner. Hours vary by season. During our warmest months, we open our pool bar during our warmest months and schedule live entertainment on the pool deck.

Free Attraction Ticket Program - All Oceana Resorts guests are provided with a package of tickets from local partners. The program offers one free ticket from up to three partners per reservation, and additional tickets are available to purchase when the free tickets are redeemed. Details are updated seasonally on our property-specific websites. Children's Activities - This program is available at Patricia Grand and Bay Watch from mid-June through mid-August. Activities include shark tooth hunts, crafts, pool games, and more!Snowbird Activities - This program is available at Carolinian Beach Resort, Patricia Grand, and Bay Watch each winter from early January through mid-March. These activities build on the snowbird community we have each winter. Activities include card games, crafts, bingo, field trips, Waffle Wednesday meet-n-greets, and more! This property is managed by Vacasa South Carolina LLC.

Pet friendly, close to beach

I love that the hotel is close to the beach. You have a pretty ocean view from the balcony. I also like the pet-friendly atmosphere. The kitchen is fully equipped if you like to cook. Pretty much, all of the utensils. cookware, and appliances are there that you would need. That is really nice. It is a nice condo. I enjoyed my stay.

Such a great experience just not long enough!!!

The staff at the front desk were so polite and helpful. The young lady running the Starbucks shop and the gentleman running the gift shop were two of the best!!! Our room was very clean and well stocked for our entire stay. Your entire staff were delightful and friendly especially the young lady who checked us in. She was fantastic!!! I will absolutely recommend your place!!!! Thanks so much guys for making our short staycation very hard to leave!

Easter weekend getaway

Spent a 3 night weekend, with family and my dog. Loved the fact you can go to the restaurant and sit out in the foyer to eat with your dog. Only problem was the room was not ready when they gave us the keys and the kitchen sink was clogged. Rude maintenance guy.

Overall was great

Dated but clean room, nice ocean views, the balcony was great. The smoke detector was laying on a shelf in the closet was the only problem with the room. Pretty sure the elevators are the absolute slowest on the entire grand strand! Ended up using the stairs from the 6th floor at checkout time and even the stairs were completely packed with people.

Overall, it was a nice place. Two things that to us was no biggie but could be better. One was the floor was really sandy it looked like they didn't clean the floors. Everything else was clean. The second thing was the coffee maker was very old, rusty and dirty. I had to go buy some coffee because I didn't have the guts to drink coffee out of that coffee maker it was disgusting lol. The view was beautiful! Everything else was pretty nice.

Disappointed

Considering I only paid $50/night it was a nice place. But it definitely could use improvements. The floor constantly felt sticky and dirty, if I walked on it barefoot for too long my feet turned black. The balcony chairs are incredibly uncomfortable! My back is still aching. The outdoor chairs on the property had mold all over the back. The chairs that you guys charge $50/day out on the beach were junky and dirty and falling apart. The breakfast buffet was awful. Everything was cold and flavorless and way overpriced. The shower pressure was super low. And the toilet in my room was constantly running, and because of this when I would shower, the water would go from scolding hot to freezing cold. I told the front counter about this, and they sent somebody up to fix it but as soon as I flushed the toilet again it started back up. The building said smoke free, but everytime I went out on the balcony I was overwhelmed with the smell of cigarettes and weed. The elevators messed up multiple times while I was in them and it made me quite uneasy. The wifi kept going in and out. And one of the receptionist was pretty rude. I certainly would not go back nor recommend it to anybody.

Mold issues. Tv going out. No water pressure

Had a bad check in. Mold on ceiling and air conditioner broke. Had to put in new one and paint and bleach ceiling. Who ever heard of such a thing night of check in. Really. It was a mess. Couldn't find another hotel or another room. They painted ceiling except in closet. It was still full of mold. Unreal. TV Had a line thru it. It's going out. Paid big dollars for junk. Section 8 worse . Water pressure awful Paid way too much. A wast of vacation money.

Will Stay Again

We really enjoyed our stay here. The staff was really friendly and the resort was really clean. Our room had the best view of the ocean. The bathroom was a little small but very clean and well stocked. We really enjoyed the hot tubes and the heated pool. The pool bar and food was good and all the space on the pool deck was great . They also had a Starbucks in the lobby

Beachfront getaway

Got a great deal for the location and balcony with beachfront views, room could use some fixing. Something was wrong with slide door, water in shower occasionally would either be extremely hot or cold, and paint on ceiling was cracked hanging in large circular area. But for the price it was still okay and well worth it.
