A nice place to stay for the weekend

We were in town for a family funeral and needed two rooms and two bathrooms for our family. This condo was perfect, the check-in process was seamless and the price was fair.

Great location on the 9th hole of the Open nice at World Tour. Used to work at the course many years ago, and also helped sell these units on-site at the beginning of my real estate career. So it was a pleasure to be back in the area. Check-in was very easy through Evolve. Nice quiet community and close to everything in Carolina Forest. Buildings have elevators, which are nice to have. Aside from the excellent golf course view, the unit itself was in need of a lot of maintenance. Cracked tiles in the bathroom and entry way, only enough hot water for 1 person to take a shower and the water pours out from the diverter spout during a shower in the hallway bath, very loose toilet seat in hallway bath, no air filter, seat in dining room was completely loose unknowingly to my wife and she almost fell. The unit itself is more than adequate, but we were disappointed with the general condition. All in all, we enjoyed our stay but would hope those items would be addressed.
