Indigo Coastal Kitchen on the second floor is open for breakfast and dinner. Hours vary by season. During our warmest months, we open our pool bar during our warmest months and schedule live entertainment on the pool deck.

Free Attraction Ticket Program - All Oceana Resorts guests are provided with a package of tickets from local partners. The program offers one free ticket from up to three partners per reservation, and additional tickets are available to purchase when the free tickets are redeemed. Details are updated seasonally on our property-specific websites. Children's Activities - This program is available at Patricia Grand and Bay Watch from mid-June through mid-August. Activities include shark tooth hunts, crafts, pool games, and more!Snowbird Activities - This program is available at Carolinian Beach Resort, Patricia Grand, and Bay Watch each winter from early January through mid-March. These activities build on the snowbird community we have each winter. Activities include card games, crafts, bingo, field trips, Waffle Wednesday meet-n-greets, and more! This property is managed by Vacasa South Carolina LLC.

Good Beach Hotel... Dog friendly

Typical beach hotel... but cleaner, friendlier, more efficient, and welcoming to my dog. The only issue is that the un-lit keypads on doors are hard for anyone with anyone who is visually impaired. Codes are long and the keys are the size of tic-tacs. I could not get in the room without help.

Dirty but great amenities

Loved the amenities and that it was dog friendly but the unit was dirty. The bathroom is insanely small but we didn't spend much time in the room or the bathroom so it worked out.

Disappointed

We n ended a lower floor unit due to medical reasons. Booked 3rd floor was sent a text saying it was ready for check in around 2:00pm on our drive down. We didn't arrive until 8:00pm. Got to the room it was not cleaned , all the cleaning supplies was on the counter with dirty dishes a stinky bathroom & nasty floors . Front desk offered us another room on a higher floor, ☹️. Which was exactly what we didn't want when we booked ☹️

Decent enough

The beds were comfortable. View was nice. Building is in need of some repairs. Housekeeping seemed to be constantly cleaning but noticed roaches 3 different times around the pool and hot tub. Our microwave quit working while we were there. Probably would not choose to stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay. We loved the pools and hot tubs. Our view was wonderful. The beds were comfy. We had filet mignon at the restaurant there on the 2nd floor and it was amazing. Only complaint was our room wasn't the cleanest. It looked as if only linens were changed. We will return. Thank you!

Not a pleasant experience

Property was not clean at all I called Vacassa to request to get my room cleaned and they created a ticket to contact the manager at the hotel and nothings was resolved they’re was a lot of hair in the bathroom and in the bed nobody came and cleaned the rooms. I would book with another company that would value they’re customers.

Super Pet Friendly

This hotel was perfect for a getaway with your pet. The hotel was conveniently located next to a dog friendly park for easy access for potty breaks. The staff was extremely friendly and willing to go above and beyond for the needs of their guests.

The view was amazing, employees were beyond friendly. Only thing I hated was the people above us had a dog they penned out on balcony and it urinated all over our things that were on the balcony and it barked constantly.

Awesome stay

Couldn’t have had a better time !!! Rooms were great . Staff was excellent . Tyrone and Dorothy were a pleasure to work with . Anything we needed Dorothy helped us no questions asked and always smiling . Tyrone was non stop always making the place look good ... hands down one of the best places to stay ... our doggie was also very happy ..

Not what I expected

The staff was WONDERFUL....all the staff. From the front staff, to the maintenance tech who helped us, the guy running the restaurant alone (thanks for the great cocktails). However, there were no blankets in the room and our door never worked. We had to have the lock changed twice and even after that we had to stop up front every time we came in and out of the building. It was a little frustrating. Again...staff is wonderful and quick and helping. But the door issue was a little frustrating...luckily it was only a weekend stay.
