    The Space:

    This two-bedroom condo at Holiday Towers Resort features CITY views and distant ocean views from the balcony. Up to 4 persons can sleep in this condo! Take your extended family or friends along for this vacation! Two complete bathrooms and two bedrooms make up this property. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes and cookware and has been upgraded with full-sized appliances, including a dishwasher. For your clothing, this lovely unit has a washer and dryer as well! Everything you require to enhance the convenience and relaxation of your vacation.

    This property is conveniently located near the airport, allowing easy access via taxi, Uber, or rental car.

    This resort has a large pool deck. The swimming pool is large and lined with plenty of lounge chairs. There is also a kiddie pool for small children to enjoy!

Very clean condo, balcony door was a little hard to open & close, great location, could even see the ocean from the balcony

It was an alright place. Definitely need to bring your own pots and pans as they were dirty and old. There was a used bar of soap left in one of the bathrooms. The twin beds aren’t comfortable id recommend bringing your own blanket and pillows. Overall not bad for the price but it wasn’t the greatest for quality.

The property management company sent multiple emails asking for an unnecessary amount of banking and personal identifying information after I had already verified my ID on the app. The property management company also refused to accept any phone calls and was completely reliant on an automated text service. Around 1230 on the day of check-in I messaged the company asking for the access code and was denied the code until 1600, at 1630 I messaged the company again and received no response. I then called and texted multiple numbers and on the verbo app, just to receive no response. 2-3 hours after trying to contact the company close to a dozen times, I finally received a massage back with the code for the door. The day prior to check-out I received a text saying that I would receive an email with check-out instructions and I never received an email, so i left the property how I thought would be appropriate. The property isn't bad, especially for the price; however, the management company is terrible and needs to reconsider how they conduct business.

The pluses of this property was that it was acceptably clean, had a nice view, close shopping that you could walk to, and very close to the beach. However it lacks in everything else Check in was difficult as they need pictures of you, your credit card, your license and your signature just to check in. We were told a parking permit and key fob was in our unit but there was no key fob and you need that to enter the pool area. It totally lacks in amenities and at home comforts. No cleaning supplies, dishwasher detergent,dustpan or decent mop. God forbid you accidentally spill something on the floor. Not enough things to prepare a meal. Not even a toaster. Literally had 4 or 5 small glasses to drink from that were child size.No condiments or seasonings. Two trash bags. Limited toilet paper and paper towel. Never got the key fob despite multiple messages to host. Only one TV in the entire unit. Internet is in and out so basically no TV to watch.No extra linens. The host was not interested in your comfort as she did not try and fix the problems we had so I finally gave up asking. Unit is very outdated and could use redecorating and more comforts to make you feel a bit more welcome.

Our experience was frustrating from the start. The property management company required an unusually invasive identity verification process, including photos of my driver's license, credit card, signature, and a selfie holding those items. Despite providing all requested information, I received multiple messages stating my verification had been rejected, with no explanation or follow-up.The problems continued when we did not receive our door code until nearly four hours after check-in time and had to repeatedly call, text, and email for assistance. Upon arrival, the key fob needed to access the property's advertised amenities (pool, hot tub, and pickleball courts) was also missing and was not delivered until later the next evening.The most serious issue occurred at approximately 3:30 a.m. when someone used the door code to attempt entry into our condo while my family was asleep. There was no interior deadbolt or secondary lock to prevent entry. Our children were sleeping in the bedroom closest to the entrance and were understandably terrified.We immediately contacted the police, filed a report, and ended our vacation early because we no longer felt safe. What is most disappointing is that the property management company has not accepted responsibility for the incident or provided a resolution to commensurate with the seriousness of what happened. Based on the poor communication, safety concerns and lack of accountability, I can't recommend staying here.
