Second row 2 bedroom moderate sized condominium with 1-1/2 baths, living and dining area, breakfast bar, central air conditioning and heat, screen porch overlooking a salt-water tidal marsh, balcony, cable TV, internet, telephone, and completely equipped full sized kitchen with a range/oven, refrigerator, microwave, disposal, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, blender, and electric can opener.
The master bedroom suite has a half bath, balcony overlooking a salt-water tidal marsh, and a Queen sized bed. The second bedroom has a Queen bed. The living room has a sleeper sofa.
Extra features include: 3 TVs, VCR, internet, iron, and ironing board and a washer and dryer inside the unit.
This unit is located on the 1st Floor with a view overlooking the salt marsh.
Mariners Cove Condominiums are located on the second row across Shore Drive. Project amenities include a courtyard, large sundeck, barbecue area and laundry rooms at the Club House. Convenient beach access is directly across the street.
Convenient unassigned open parking is limited to two vehicles per unit during the summer season. Parking permits are required.

Great Location and Surroundings

This is a great property. The unit was very clean with plenty of seating and furnishings. The kitchen was exceptionally well-stocked for any cooking or baking. The location on the marsh was wonderful; there was always wildlife to observe. The walk to the beach was short and easy with plenty to do if you wanted, or privacy if that's what you prefer. It is convenient to shopping and entertainment. The property manager is exceptional!!

Perfect Stay

Our family had a wonderful stay! The unit was much nicer than pictured. The best part was waking up every morning and having coffee on the balcony off the master bedroom while watching the birds in the marsh. A fabulous time so much that we would consider purchasing a unit like this. Convenient to the beach, crabbing, fishing, Ocean Annies and River City. Definitely eat at river city and enjoy the drunks and live bands at Ocean Annies.

The location was perfect. I did have to clean once I arrived. There was an odor that wasn't pleasant. I would rent again in the future, maybe at a different location.

Great Location

This was a nice clean condo in a great location…we walked over to the beach daily, we’re able to sit outside Ocean Annie’s on the beach and listen to the live music. Condo had great views overlooking the marsh, two balconies, one was screened. A couple things it could use is a ceiling fan on the balconies, and a Keurig. Kitchen was well-stocked with all the basic pans, dishes, etc. We would definitely stay again!

walking distance to beach & pool AND marsh view!!

I have never had to move dates on a VRBO reservation but due to an injury, then covid, I had to move the dates TWICE. The host was gracious enough to allow last minute changes, which literally saved my vacation. The place is just as advertised. Very clean, walking distance to the beach AND the pool, plus a march view off the screened in porch. We had a fantastically fun time!

Great, with only one caveat.

The condo itself was great, location was very close to the beach, and the pool nearby was a great addition. My only complaint was that, after arriving (around 11:15 pm) we attempted to enter with the provided keycode and it did not work. I called the rental company and the individual wasn't very friendly or patient, but he did give us a 1-time use code to get into the condo. The next morning I went up to the office and they resolved the issue quickly. Overall, I highly recommend!

Roaches, dirty, AC didn't work, in poor repair, no internet

We stayed for three nights. The first two we did not have AC. The property management company leaves a "check list" for things they check between rentals. "AC and filter" was 'checked.' Even after it was fixed (mid day on our last night), it never got cooler than 74F. They don't tell you that you need to bring your own linen, soap, dish soap, etc. They provided two sets of bedding for 2 beds + 1 sofa bed... So, not enough. The bedding and sofas have multiple stains. The bathroom tub sounds like it's going to fall through the floor. The place was DIRTY. Found multiple roaches, there was a large amount of hair on the floor in the full bathroom. This condo is in disrepair and in great need of updates. Multiple doors don't close or hang open, the floors are not level. The internet did not work for the entirety of our stay and when we tried to watch TV it said the signal wasn't strong enough to use the cable. Avoid this place at all costs.
