The pictures of the condominium in the Vrbo listing were NOT of the room we stayed in. The condo we stayed in was smaller. We did not have the balcony or the large bathroom with large tub that was pictured in the listing. Took about an hour to check in as the resort could not find our reservation. However, the property manager was helpful and responsive, and she did her best to try and correct the problems with the room. Outside of the room problems, the resort was very nice, great for families, very secure (safe), and the resort employees were friendly and helpful.
