Free Attraction Ticket Program - All Oceana Resorts guests are provided with a package of tickets from local partners. The program offers one free ticket from up to three partners per reservation, and additional tickets are available to purchase when the free tickets are redeemed. Details are updated seasonally on our property-specific websites. Children's Activities - This program is available at Carolinian Beach Resort, Patricia Grand, and Bay Watch from mid-June through mid-August. Activities include shark tooth hunts, crafts, pool games, and more!Snowbird Activities - This program is available at Carolinian Beach Resort, Patricia Grand, and Bay Watch each winter from early January through mid-March. These activities build on the snowbird community we have each winter. Activities include card games, crafts, bingo, field trips, Waffle Wednesday meet-n-greets, and more! So glad that it's dog friendly and on the beach. The condo was clean, although, I found upon closer inspection that the floor had not been cleaned thoroughly (dog hair, sand etc) Other than that it was cozy and check in was a breeze. Appreciated being able to park across the street in the car garage as well.

We liked that there was an option to swim indoors. However, the pools and hot tubs need a major cleaning. The sliding glass doors from the indoor pool to the outdoor pool were off track. The staff is very friendly and accommodating at the restaurant onsite. Beautiful view. Loved the hammocks. Pet friendly.

My husband and I enjoyed our 3 day weekend. Room was clean and comfy, a great deal for the price. Bathroom is a little tight but water pressure and temperature made up for it. Great view! Happy with our stay and thankful we were able to bring our fur child with us.

The pool area was great. They had a DJ poolside all day Saturday. The room needs to be deep cleaned. The floors are tile and they were very dirty. The bed frame which was exposed looks like it has not been cleaned in years. The shower and bathroom was very clean. The sheets and pillows appeared clean. It wasn't a bad experience but there is definitely room for improvement

We were very pleased with most everything. I access to clean towels could’ve been better. I would recommend not allowing dogs on the premises because when we left, there was a dog feces and urine on the floor near the elevator, and in the entrance parking lot. We also experienced a lot of dog barking throughout the night. I don’t think dogs should be allowed there.

Room was clean and comfortable for my wife and I and our pomeranian " Pepper ". However the property suffers from too many people late in June. One must wait for elevators and we were never able to enjoy the pools or hot tubs. Too many people in the extensive pools gave us concern for hygiene when scuzz with hair, food and foam was floating in the corners of the pool. Fortunately we rented chairs and an umbrella on the beach for our entire stay. Sadly we could not enjoy the water facilities. Perhaps this is not an issue in the off seasons. Otherwise a great location for vacationers seeking a pet friendly property. Our small dog enjoyed the small ocean front dog park next to the property. All in all the basic room was comfortable. The only issue was the crowded property the last week in June.

Checking in and out was very easy and everyone was nice. Very clean. Only 2 dislikes. 1. You have to get your own clean towels after you use the initial ones that are in the room, which is a few towels and washcloths. 2. No light outside on the porch. Easily fixed but moving a lamp and the only reason I noticed was because I was doing homework out there. Not a big deal for most people. Smaller condo than others I’ve rented but very comfy and cozy. I’d rent from here again.

This room has a nice ocean view. It has 2 queen beds a desk and a chair adequate lighting . Needs updated. This rooms refrigerator sounds like a jet and the heater doesn't keep the room toasty. It also has roaches. I was not pleased that our Christmas was ruined I suggest that you avoid room 1730. Stayed 12-22 threw 12-27-2021 because of Christmas we were stuck in this room as they were full. Vacasa can do much h better. Very disappointed 😞

The room wasn't clean properly, so I brought some items to get it cleaned up. It's out of date as well. The room definitely needs a remodel. Other than that it was right on the beach and had a beautiful view. Very convenient and friendly staff that was very helpful.

Great location, convenient to downtown, great beach access. Room was very clean, check in was great. Cons: Property is unable or unwilling to control smoke. Couldn't use balcony much of the time because of smoke from other rooms. Restaurant was not open while we were there. Hot tubs were not clean a lot of the time.

The room had a nice OceanFront, amazing view, affordable rate, clean. My only problem was the Sand, for some reason the sand never left the floor even after sweeping it numerous times, sand was also in the bed and I believe it was already there from the previous quest, the broom an dustpan is not enough maybe a swifter jet would be a better accommodation. The hotel was dog friendly but I never heard my neighbors dog not once or any other dog. The kitchen in 1730 provided everything you needed to cook if you chose to. The bathroom was small if you are overweight this could become uncomfortable because the door was too close to the toilet, the shower drain is a little stopped up maybe from all the sand but it wasn't a biggie for me, overall I would def come back

I can't wait to come back in the next few weeks the view was awesome 😍 and it only took us 3 mins to get to the Broadway at the beach and other top attractions that they had in the area but the next person who want to go check out the HOT TUB 🔥
