Welcome to this newly listed 9th floor, 2nd row condo overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. This condo offers a swimming pool and just quick trot to the beautiful sandy beach that Myrtle Beach has to offer!
Bedroom offers two full sized beds, living room space offers a comfy queen size Murphy bed, and queen size pull out sofa bed, 1.5 bathrooms with tub, kitchen, and dining area!
Everything you need is here from well equipped kitchen to a relaxing balcony with ocean views.

The Space: Spacious 1 bedroom unit, kitchen offers 2 burner stove top, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, and toaster oven.

Guest Access: The condo offers a keyless entry, so after a long day of traveling go straight to condo and bypass the line at the front desk! Use your designated code sent to you and enjoy!

Property Manager does live locally but will leave you to enjoy your vacation, unless you need something.

Enjoy this location right on Ocean Avenue with close proximity to the beach, restaurants, shopping, and attractions.

You will receive 2 parking passes to park in the parking lot.

This rental does not allow motorcycles and trailers. No Pets permitted per HOA rules.

Nice property

It’s nice property. The host Melissa is a good person. She helped us every thing for the trip. The property is so clean, so beautiful inside. The view looks forward to the beach so beautiful. I will recommend everyone coming with Melissa. Thank you very much Melissa again. She is so nice.
