"Unbelievable experience once again. This was our 2nd time staying at the hotel as we loved it so much I decided to come back to propose to my girlfriend. The staff took care of the proposal with confidence and had everything in place for our arrival. The oasis suite was the most incredible room/suite we have ever stayed in. The whatsapp service was amazing and no request was too much. The service was the best we have ever recieved in the world and not just in Europe. All of the hotel staff were amazing, helpful and friendly. The breakfast is our favourite hotel breakfast. We have stayed at many high end hotels and this tops all of them. For anyone coming for an amazing trip or thinking to propose to their partner, don’t hesitate to book this hotel."
