"Amazing stay at Lotte World Hotel😍 I just love this hotel; from the design, the ambiance, the entire staff (from the front desk, the concierge, the restaurant…) was extremely helpful and so friendly. Everything was absolutely perfect 👍 The food at the restaurant was so delicious with a wide range of wine selection…and we couldn’t get enough☺️ The location is great! "Good pricing value for money. Noise from outside windows can be heard day to night. There is an unpleasant smell when I first entered the room, after opening the windows for few hours, it is better. Hotel staffs are friendly and I like that even with do not disturb sign on, the hotel always provide a new set of towels and mineral water daily at room door."
