"This is lovely hotel in a beautiful part of the Basque country. The owner and staff are so friendly and told us the history of the building as a blacksmith of historical importance in the region. The building itself is beautiful with a central restaurant and corridors and rooms at mezzanine levels around it. The room had a balcony to stare at the beautiful mountainous scenery and the bed was huge. All in all a fantastic stay and would thoroughly recommend. The only thing I would add is that it is in the middle of absolutely beautiful country and whichever side you approach it from you'll be going up a winding mountain road so factor that into your journey."
