"The location of the hotel is excellent and when the clouds move into the valley, the property becomes enveloped in it, providing it an ethereal quality. There are lawns with flowers on top of Gun Hill where the property is. Also, their car will ferry you to the bottom to the Mall Road and back when desired. Staff is very helpful. Personalized service. The hotel has two distinct wings- one heritage that has dark wood and another modern. Pick as per your choice for a better experience."
