"We traveled for medical care at Froedtert. The hotel is close to the hospital. Easy food choices within walking distance around the hotel. The front office staff let us check in 30 mins early because we arrived early. Hotel is clean and we will stay here as long as we have appointments at Froedtert. "

"Someone Stole My Loafers Microwave Didnt Spin, Staff At Counter Dave Worked Sunday Evening Made Me Pay For An Extra Waterpark Pass Because I Booked Thru A 3rd Party So I Wouldn’t Recommend Booking That Way, Prices Were The Same. Room Wasn’t Clean Smelled Like Dog. O And Maintanence Woke Me And My Family Up At 7am So Loud And I Think He Took Loafers. Btw No Good Movie Channels Nor Netflix Smh"

"The hotel was clean and beautifully decorated. The staff were polite with every interaction. When called upon or not the staff were very helpful. The ambience said, “high-end and snooty”, but the staff were down to earth and accommodating. My friends and I had a tight schedule of activities outside of the hotel. Therefore, we feel like we missed some of the activities happening in the hotel. We want to plan another trip so that we can enjoy the inside of the beautiful hotel."

"Clean room, staff was great, but the jacuzzi tub in room was very dirty. We cleaned it out 3 times and hair and black sut kept coming out of the jets. Although there is gated parking, you have to walk half a block to get back to the hotel. Lots of trash in parking area."
