"Rented this based on reviews. This house is spacious, and well appointed. Had everything we needed. Great layout for a large group. However, needs maintenance. Such as. Recliners in family room need to be cleaned. Stains on arms and headrest. Dishwasher needs to be bolted in. You open door and whole dishwasher slides forward. Shower heads in 2 of bathrooms sprayed everywhere except down. Ceiling fan in master broken. Molly was great to help as she could. Great place but with good cleaning and maintenance would be even better."

Agate Beach House - waterfront in Grand Marais

"We enjoyed our stay at this rental which is located right next to the very busy Agate Beach and parking lot. Pictured Rocks attractions were 30 minutes west, great rock hunting to the east, and a handful of restaurants are within walking distance. Check-in and check-out went smoothly. Future renters might want to bring folding chairs as there are none at the property which made it difficult for our group to gather around an outdoor fire or sit comfortably on the rooftop porch. The rental has lots of windows, creating a good cross-breeze which was nice."

"We spent one day, two nights here. The house was comfortable and roomy, with a good location. Yard was nice, with a deck and fire pit. King bed was very comfortable in the main floor bedroom. We didn't utilize the upstairs so no impression of that space. I would stay there again."
Plover Retreat - Cute Cabin Close to Town, 5 min. from beach

"We loved our stay so much! Every detail about the property helped us feel at home. The large property made it feel secluded, but we were close to town and Pictured Rocks, making it very convenient. We enjoyed seeing so.many butterflies and birds in the yard. Would love to stay here again next summer, highly recommended!!!"
