Broken toilet seat. Badly Cracked . Needs replacing as cannot be hygienic. Otherwise ok
Unfortunately the overall service from the hotel was not to standard . Check-in process was delayed because booking was not reflecting on system . The room service is unacceptable . Waited over 3hrs for meal which eventually arrived without an apology and after numerous calls to the reception desk

John , the night duty manager was very helpful in changing us from the original room to another as the first room was unacceptable. They did supply us with a lovely tray of snacks the next day for the inconvenience caused .
Conveniently situated to the Beitbridge border pos
The check in experience was good, on arrival at the room the AC was not working and we were immediately moved to another room. The dinner excellent and Gloria the waitress a delight. The heavy traffic at night is noticeable unless you are a heavy sleeper. The surroundings very pleasant.
Great combination of price and quality.
We spent 1 night. The hotel is good but the most of all we liked is a dinner at the hotel's restaurant.
Three of us ordered a Ham hock. Verdict - better than in Munich.
This hotel is completely overpriced for the condition it is in. If this would have been $15 a night it would have been acceptable, but not for more than double the price. We had just spent 6 nights in Kruger and wanted a nice, clean place and what we got was a run down motel 6.
I really had a great time. Definitely going to visit again

Comfortable overnight stop hotel
Comfortable hotel for an overnight stay. They need to fix the smoke/fumes flowing from the kitchen into the dining room; and the aircon was small for the room.
The stay was great. Clean rooms and friendly staff as well as the management. The only problem I had, was that I expected to free WiFi in the room since I had some work to do. I had to take my computer to the reception to do some work there. It was a bit inconveniencing. Other than that, it is a place I will definitely recommend to friends and family

Good value for money
Modern rooms, small in size. Good bathroom. Excellent staff service. Dinner available, reasonable prices, good quality. Unfortunately no wifi in the rooms.
