"Deseocionada de la estancia, primero en el cuarto no servía la caja fuerte, ni la televisión, ni el teléfono, no nos dieron ni plancha. Después, mal servicio de limpieza, pasaron dos días para que nos lavaran el baño y ni que decir de los Shampoo o jabones, no nos dejaban más. Para poder pedir algo teníamos que bajar a recepción. De ahí el desayuno, caro y poco variado no valió nada la pena. Y la alberca ya se veía descuidada, no la pudimos disfrutar por el clima, pero se veía sucia. De ahí en fuera, elevadores y recibidor, bien. "

"The hotel looks modern and good quality. However, it lacks basic amenities. The hot water doesn't work properly, we had to shower with cold water. The hotel does not provide conditioner. The beds are quite small and they do not provide extra beds. The phone line doesn't work, meaning you have to go down stairs to speak with reception. "

"This hotel is well located, and has on-site parking which is a rarity around there. The staff were friendly, most especially the valet who does a wonderful job and seems to genuinely enjoy doing it. Room was good. I found near the entrance had a strong perfume smell, but was fine once you got past that. Other than that, they didn't seem to do anything about people smoking right outside (ironically right in front of the no smoking signs). I found I was allergic to whatever they wash the towels in, and ended up having to use my travel towel, but I'm in no way holding it against them, that's a total niche just me problem. Despite that, I have no hesitation recommending this hotel to others, and would consider staying again. "

"I had a very pleasant stay at Hotel Doralba Inn in Mérida, located in the historic heart of Mérida. The room was consistently sptotless throughout my visit, and I’m giving full marks for cleanliness. The staff were another highlight - friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with anything I needed. Their responsiveness really elevated the experience. The swimming pool was a wonderful bonus, especially in the heat of March. It became my go-to spotter to cool off after long days of exploring the city and other not-to miss touristic gems Yucatan has to offer. The only thing that didn’t quite meet my expectations was the breakfast. I found the menu a bit repetitive, and it wasn’t the buffet-style variety I had anticipated. That said, aside from breakfast, the hotel met all of my expectations and offered great value overall. I would happily stay here again for the comfort, central location, service, and relaxing atmosphere."
