Smart Apartment. Ideal Airport-City connection and a relaxing stay

"PROS:- This property is new, well designed, secure, ideally located, and extremely comfortable.- Communication with Gustavo was timely and beneficial.- Strong WIFI and smart TV.CONS:- The entry process was flawed with the code provided, therefore we waited outside until a resident came to adjust the door code for us to enter. There were no issues after this.- The apartment MUST be stocked better. The property must be outfitted as a typical home would, and that's especially true for the kitchen. Our 4-night stay was short enough to not miss the necessary items too much. But, a weeks-long stay requires a fully stocked kitchen with utensils, cleaners, basic starter items like salt, pepper, cooking oil, coffee, tea, etc. A full compliment of pots and pans, plates, cups, glasses, flatware, ice cube trays, cork screw, vegetable peeler, and similar are needed.Gustavo is very keen on making the property better for guests, and is open to suggestions from guests.We would definitely stay here again."

"Hotel de Su Merced is a beautiful hotel throughout! The courtyard and each floor's multiple terraces all have great views. The whole hotel feels like a garden house, and it's well maintained. The room was clean and comfortable. Also the hotel is very well located, convenient walking distances to many attractions, museums and restaurants. The front desk guy Edwin was super friendly and all the restaurants he recommended were delicious with charming ambiances. Will definitely stay here again if I come back to Sucre in the future. And highly recommend it to people who visit Sucre! "
