"Great stay. Clean and spacious room, friendly staff, solid breakfast. We found parking by the bridge about 200m or so away from the hotel for free. Glad we stayed there.

Very helpful staffs and housekeeping team did an excellent job each day .
A big plus was the 24-hour coffee station — it was great having fresh coffee / hot chocolate available anytime.

"I really don’t understand why this place gets so many negative reviews. People need to learn how to read and maybe they won’t struggle so much with the checking in lol. I stayed here for 10 days and everything was great! Rooms are luxurious, spacious and clean. Staff are lovely and the location is great! My only down is the pool not being deep enough but other than that I’m very very happy and I’d like to say thanks!"
