"Staff was polite and spoke to English well. Helped us order a taxi for dinner and for train/bus station. Pool was great, the plenty of sun, very clean, great bartender and fair drink prices. Breakfast buffet was timely and tasty. Everything you’d want from a 3 star hotel."

"The facilities are beautiful the price to not include breakfast and the parking that they have is per hour every time that you go in and out, it’s not that close to Baveno or Stresa unfortunately during our stay, it was raining a lot, but the facilities are beautiful. "The room was very nice and clean and everything was very tidy and nice. Big balcony with the room and a mini fridge. But the wifi is terrible and could hardly connect our phones. Looking up simple directions and the weather for the day took a while with the internet connection. Very limited parking as well and had motorcycles taking up full spots when there was spots that cars couldn’t fit but they could. Had to park on the street outside which was fine. Overall the stay was nice outside of the wifi"
