"Property needs urgent upgrades. Rooms are old and the AC barely works. Cleanliness is also poor. Staff is young and inexperienced. Location is great (close to ciutadella) and the sunset from the sunset bar is beautiful. I would not recommend this hotel. "

The staff were all really friendly and attentive, even greeting us on arrival with ice creams and a fan.
We stayed in the suite which I would highly recommend. It was spotless, had plenty of storage, fantastic air-con, and a beautiful outside space.

Its right in the heart of old town, it sits directly on a picturesque cobblestone street, with the famous cathedral just to the right and old town streets to the left. It doesn’t get more central or atmospheric than this.
The hotel itself is stunning. The interiors is luxurious, and every detail has clearly been thought through. One of the absolute highlights was the breakfast: not only is there a delicious selection of Spanish items (fresh pastries and local sausages), but they also offer a made-to-order à la carte hot food menu. the breakfast alone was worth the stay.
