"Staff was rude, aggressive and or incompetent. Advertised roof bar is inexistent, room layout was ridiculous. Location is ok if you like walking, but the distances are quite a bit longer than the info given. Basically run by beginners and quite likely to ruin your day"

"If you want to be in the center of Antibes Old Town this is the perfect little hotel. With only 6 rooms and a great garden this is perfect for people who are look for something special. Lolita was extremely helpful and the hotel was quiet and clean. We look forward to staving at the Irin Hotel again."

"The staff was lovely and helpful, but unfortunately the room was very small and the shower even smaller. Thought I might slip and fall if I tried to wash my feet. Location was on a very busy road. "

"We were extremely happy with the quality of the property and the amenities they offered. Location, location, location, 2 minutes to the pier, 7 minutes to train/bus station, 5 minutes to old town restaurants and hot spots. We did a lot of cooking in to save money, the kitchen was properly stocked and the dishwasher was a bonus!"

"Friendly staff, convenient to have a small kitchen, the foldable bed wasn't super comfortable but also not too bad. Do pay attentive in that you have to leave the rooms cleaned by yourself or they will charge a surcharge. I would come back."
