"The staff are amazing, room and interior are great. The immediate area surrounding the hotel is not great, they need exterior security as there were drunk and aggressive transient folks around the entrances and perimeter of the hotel; making a traveling family feel not secure. "

"Great stay, close to everything. Both Ibis Budget and regular Ibis are connected. The room was small and very basic, just a bed and small dresser tables. That was it. It served basic purpose. The tram line is right outside a block away (plus it is the line that goes to the airport). It was about less than a 10 minute walk to the main center center. The breakfast was okay, but nothing to wow wow. They close the door to the Ibis Budget at 10pm, and you have to use the main Ibis hotel door to get in. I would stay here again."
