Most of staff were very helpful and it was helpful that some spoke English, although we didn't expect that as we were in France and, out of curtesy, we believed that we should attempt speaking French. Activities were free eg. crazy golf, tennis etc. The restaurant on site was for all-inclusive guests only, so we couldn't eat there. "The room was quite spacious and very clean with lots of storage. The hotel was very clean and staff were helpful and friendly.
It was a 15 minute walk to the beautiful beaches where there are plenty of excellent dining options. "

"The hotel staff were nice but very inexperienced. They have NOT been given good systems and instructions to work with. They lost our dinner reservation at the on site restaurant after confirming it the SAME day. The waiter at the restaurant was very rude and dismissive. VERY LAME considering its really not such a high end place. They should not pretend like they are a fancy restaurant in Paris (actually I've never had a problem like this in Paris). The quiet area, the simplicity, the very mellow ambience, the appearance of the hotel, and the kindness of the staff added up to an unexpected and unparalleled experience for us. What a gem. "We stayed for 2 nights whilst exploring the area. Check in was fine but we were asked to pay a deposit which is not mentioned when booking and us very old school and not something one expects in today’s Hôtel environment.
They stated they have a roof terrace with drinks and snacks available. However this roof top terrace is merely a terrace to one of their larger rooms and there is not actual bar or person to serve you - not really a true roof top terrace.
Charging a nightly charge for our pet seems excessive as they do not use much - but the hotel did provide two small dog bowls and some snacks for him. No treats for us though.
